All good. Shower rail is a bit cheap feeling and shower head plastic but for the price it’s fine & looks good in my shower.
Taps were very solid, good heavy taps.

Communication was lacking slightly as I had to contact them again after purchase because I hadn’t heard anything about delivery, as in tracking number for example. When I did I was told they were waiting on the taps to arrive and expecting them next day. Would have been nice to be informed of that rather than me chasing info on my order but was about a week before Christmas so no doubt they were very busy.
So all minor stuff and still wouldn’t hesitate to buy again through Bathroom Sales Direct, no problems.

Gave ordered twice from Bathroom Sales Direct. Products were of good quality and great price. Delivered in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Order now she will place an urgent to my order to make it all happen
She rang back and asked for my online order number and added urgent there side over the phone
Sure enough it arrived 23 December Friday

THe bathtub has not been delivered. Delayed delivery times was not made clear at the time of purchase. Very disappointing. Still dont understand when it will arrive. Really thrown out my plumbers schedule.

A mix up with delivery was quickly sorted out with a phone call and email.
Product is exactly as described and I am very happy overall even with the slight hiccup.

Be very careful with what you order as they do not allow bath returns. After a major issue we needed to return a bath and when I called up I was advised they do not return baths. I did look at the return policy prior to choosing these guys and this was not listed (nor custom made) They need to make this very clear on their website so you are aware before choosing them or making any purchase. Now I am stuck trying to sell. The other items were fine but wouldn’t use again.

Ordered online early Jan which was still the christmas break. Waited a rather long time for the tapware to come. It was worth the wait. Well priced, good quality and fantastic customer service.

I've been trying for weeks now to contact Bathroom Sales Direct for after sales support. I've tried their chat, calling and email. Not a phone call picked up or email response yet.

Great product range and the quality is good. I did have a problem with the delivery of a damaged toilet, however the team rectified it promptly with a full refund allowing me to find an alternative. Communication was prompt and I would recommend them and I won’t hesitate to shop from here again.

Purchased my beautiful Bath and had it delivered to Adelaide and still saved $500. I and so happy with the bath and all of their service.

Products arrived in good order.
Delivery was delayed but when I contacted Bathroom Sales Direct they chased it down and was delivered in the next two days.

Purchase on 30/11/22.and it has been 2 weeks no news, no delivery. I have called 2 times and no solid answer.feels like fraud on line shopping.

I received the item as advertised. I haven't installed it yet as I am waiting on a plumber.

Excellant service, I had a few technical questions regardng a heated towel rail and the customer service person (jenny) got straight onto the supplier to get an answer. The rail was then delivered promptly. Oh and the pricing was unbeatable!
