Apart from the fact that when I closed lid on portable BBQ I could not control the heat. Heat gauge would not sit on low. Apart from that, cooks pretty well.

Purchased a treadmill from these guys in July 2020 due to co-vid restrictions. Both my wife and I use the machine for about 1.5 hours a day combined. The motor failed after only eight months. Sent a replacement motor under warranty, only lasted 50 minutes before the internal plastic parts melted and shorted the power out. Again received a second replacement motor and after 40 mins it started to get quite warm and smell and make what sounded like a grinding noise. Ceased using.

I give this store a 5 star rating, why, because I had a warranty issue that needed resolving and resolve it did.
My treadmill decided to start tripping codes that could not be rectified so I contacted BOA and went though a slow process but this was caused by the Covid dilemma as to and from china was slower that one could imagine seeing everything coming into the country had to be quarantined.
In the end it turned out that the motor had snuffed it and luckily it was still in the warranty time frame.
Shin at BOA honoured that warranty and posted and replaced it free of charge. So now after getting an electrician to supervise the installing of the new motor, the treadmill is working as if new again.
I congratulate BOA for their cooperation in resolving the issue hence again my 5 star rating and Yes I may purchase from the again when the need applies and I also recommend this store for what ever your purchase.

I was a bit hesitant to order a mattress online but this comes with a cooling off period and a warranty and, in fact, is more comfortable than I could have hoped for. It was easy to order, delivered in a timely manner and, although it came in a box, unfolded into a very supportive mattress. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased the 8cm Bamboo mattress topper in hope of getting some relief to my lower back pain, since using it I have been able to get a much more comfortable nights sleep.

Parcels came in 2 lots of deliveries which was a little confusing and annoying as had to wait to set bed up. Overall bed frame is okay set up.

I love it but the shoulder strap is way too short. Only fits a child. Its too heavy to operate without a decent shoulder strap.

Purchased an inflatable water park. Such an easy site to navigate and purchase through, delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of the item was excellent. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Was that I had to convince the delivery driver to take up one flight of stairs as I live in an apartment mattress was easy to unpack and place in bed very happy with the service

This mattress is excellent quality. It was delivered rolled up in a box but after unpacking, 24 hours later it was ready to be put up on the bed. I have middle and lower back issues but since sleeping on this mattress, I wake up pain free. I look forward every night to getting into this comfortable supportive mattress, being cosy, sleeping well and waking up every morning with a “smile” on my face. I cannot rate this Royal Sleep Comfort Mattress highly enough and highly recommend it.

Purchased the 22 inch bar Giantz 58cc chainsaw. Used it twice now. For a cheap saw it goes well. Delivery was prompt to rural QLD. So far so good.

So disappointed with their service, never ever order online, they sent me different matress than i have ordered and when I call to complain they said that this is same order they received it online therefore they can't refund or exchange. Not happy with customer service at all, very unprofessional

Bought a mattress and a mattress protector. First one was delivered right on the spot but unfortunately the mattress protector had to be delivered from the main store located in Melbourne. For my surprise, delivery was superfast! Very happy with the items I got from Bargains Online, definitely I will be back.
