I purchased my SUP a fortnight ago. It arrived well within the quoted ETA. Everything received was as per the description. I am extremely happy with the quality of the board in particular. Pumping it up was surprisingly quick and easy. I took it camping and played with it for 9 days having lots of fun and success using it as a SUP as well as a sit down kayak. It is a slow but very stable board due to it's size, width and litreage. I highly recommend this board as an entry level/beginner board. Great value for money!

Dodgy Company.

I has purchased a set of kids' study desk and chair on 15-2-23. The parcel comes in 3 boxes on 20-2-23 and we find out that the chair is missing right after we unpack and assemble the desk. I have contact the merchant and was TOLD there might be a second parcel DID NOT ship out at the same time, we wait for another week, and on 28-2-23 merchant said to me state that the "study desk SET" was not including the chair from manufacturer, which it is totally different from the website (both photos and description) even the invoice I received had stated the chair is included. From that point I knew I had just run into some scam. I been in Retail/Wholesale business well over 10+ years in AUS, what they doing is illegal and not allowed in AUS, the way merchant (SHIN) handle the situation is terrible, first try to push it around let us wait for update, then push it to the manufacturer (We as the customer have nothing to do with manufacturer?) Offer $30 dollar for the missing chair? We paid for 750 for the desk set and you telling me you think that chair worth $30? Taking the customer as a joke? Then ask we to repack it knowing we already assemble it and do not have the boxes no more and claim we are “change of mind”. They false misleading advertising and put all the cost on customers.

Horrible service! Avoid it!

Avoid. Worst experience purchasing online. Bought a bed frame only for them to contact me to say they cannot deliver to my state, despite charging an expensive delivery fee! Then they added insult to injury by saying they could deliver it to a different address in my city but not mine (what?) and then to a delivery point and then after 10 phone calls (all initiated by me, finally they said item couldn’t be delivered because their delivery company didn’t have adequate staff! And they are unable to utilise another delivery company!

AVOID at all costs!
I purchased a 8 seater out door setting for Christmas day and apon arrival it was damaged and the main lounge section can not be put together or be used due to the damage.

Contacted Bargains online and after no response to the issue i had to chase them up and call them and get told send the pictures, i did this right away and get a response stating they are looking into it and will hear back shortly (I assume within 48 hours as this is stated on the website) after 2 days of no response i had to chase the issue up again on the phone and was told it will be later next week and to email them stating i need this fixed before Christmas. I did this only to get the run around saying i might hear something after Tuesday next week!

Now the issue is Aus post Christmas parcel cut off date is Monday the 12th so there is now no hope to have the issue fixed before Christmas and will not have the outdoor dining setting to use for my Familys Christmas day lunch.

Bargains online have NO customer service and just give you the run around. After spending over $600 you would think you will get decent customer service!

This will be my first and LAST time buying or supporting this business and i recommend you to spend your money elsewhere that gives better customer service and not give you the run around!

Avoid if you want anything delivered in a reasonable time frame. Order placed on he 24th of October and still haven't received my order. They use a freight company that you can't contact and when you call them they just say they can't help.
****update the team at bargains online have followed up every day scince I lodged my complaint and have been able to get my order to me just intime extra couple of stars for the effort made in chasing down my order****

I bought bunk beds and half was lost in transit. Still waiting 3 weeks after first half arrived in the local courier depot. Dealings with company have been very sub standard and taking weeks to resolve with a lot of back and forth. Have requested direct management contact number but have been ignored but again told they have re-sent missing part.similar story with a family member which also bought items previously. Very frustrating

I BOUGHT NORFLEX tredmill from baragains online fairfield. I had great experience so far. IF you have any issues after buying they go out the way to help you. Their customer service is excellent. I am very happy and recommend everyone to buy tredmills from bargains online only.
