The bannershop has always provided us great service and products with friendly, professional and top customer relations.

I wanted to thank Anita for her enthusiasm and know-how which helped me get the flags I wanted, she is the professional and I found her phone call after my online quote request extremely helpful to identify our needs, she gave me confidence that i would get what i wanted. I really appreciate your support and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Inconsistent qualities between the actual products and product samples. Poor customer service with arrogance approaches over customer's request. Or else customer was warned that additonal charges may apply which was never included in any form of our discussions.

The business has their unique way of communications of customer's approval process by submitting the quantity of artwork types for customer's approval rather than the actual quantity of artworks to be printed without descriptions in cusotmer's approval email. Excepted artwork files were named a string of charaters and numbers, and yet expected customer to figure it out themselves for any clues of how many artworks and repeated print artworks will be printed at the end.

The only mistake I have ever made was that I personally highly recommended Bannershop's service and products to my employer. Once is more than enough however this is the second time.

I've dealt with BannerShop for years now and have been generally happy with their service, depending on who my account manager was. At the moment I'm working with John Salzone, and he's been excellent. He's always professional and very helpful.
The products from BannerShop have always been of good quality, and the option of delivering to my customers directly makes working with BannerShop so convenient. Thanks guys!

Poor quality product, with 10 years experience in sign writing help me install a sticker. The product would not adhere to the window without bubbles and creases. Customer Service team making False promise. Designer in Bannershop wasting my time a lot. The Bannershop refused to help. I do not purchase again.

Bannershop printed some very tricky images to translucent voile for me. They were great to work with.

Appalling service, they do not honour quotes and give extremely poor customer service. Product quality is not great.

We've used a pop up display wall for a few years now and Bannershop regularly re-skin it for different product launches for us. Always super easy and always looks amazing. Very reliable and I would recommend!

This is our 3rd order this year for pull-up fabric banners with BannerShop Sydney. Paolo, Graphic Designer, has been the standout and has been truly amazing. We wanted something a little left field and it took a number of attempts (due to our lack of knowledge) to get the result we were looking for. Paolo returned our suggestions in a very timely manner, his work exactly to our specifications.every time. When we admitted we didn't really know what we were doing Paolo assured us that was no problem at all because his focus was us achieving the exact result we wanted. We love our banners, they have exceeded our highest expectations, and next year will be back to place our 4th order.
