I have had several jobs done by Bannershop now, and all dealings have been professional, prompt, courteous, and accurate. The products have been perfect every time.

NPoor customer service for a repeated customer and poor quality products. Sometimes being loyal while cheap stings you. Had Banners made up for a show and within months all faded and material became like string threads. Year later being loyal ordered another 5. Well yeah they dont even deserve 1 star. The material all faded, The poles have snapped at tips which seems so so cheaply made this time round and the edging of fabric to insert the pole has all unstitched itself. Not even 5months worth of use. While complaining about quality and to redo them they advised me that the banners had dust- dirt on them
Asked me.if the poles rubbing on any walls then asked if been left outside on building.
While complaining again Anita just brushed the issue aside and a fellow worker said just email the Boss who is overseas you will get a quicker resolution as the second manager i spoke to in charge agreed to the poor quality and was shocked. All excuses to why these banners didnt last- poor quality and cheaply made.

Ive learnt that shopping around and paying $300 more from a reputable company that is proud in there customer care and quality products gives you a quality finished product.

My advise STAY AWAY FROM BANNER SHOP. Pay more elsewhere and get better service.

I presented the art work to Bannershop and they delivered when they said they would. An excellent job and it was ready for a special demonstration.

Had issues with the table cloth. See images. Because of this we have to make use with an old table cloth as the replacement would not arrive in time for the event.
