Amazing, understanding, honest, knowledgeable and caring.
Brenton and the team are experts in their fields, I can't recommended them more. From the very first contact I feel like I have made a new friend, no question goes unanswered. This is my first build as I have always been sceptical about getting a dodgy builder and not finding the right mortgage etc but
Brenton did it all, I mentioned a few things that I was looking for in a home and boom next day I had a floor plan that was exactly what I wanted. I'm a single parent on a single income and here I am just put a deposit on a beautiful block and about to build my dream home.
I know Brenton will be my rock all the way thru this process which makes this daunting adventure so much nicer.

From our first enquiry with Balfour Homes to our ongoing questions Ethan from Balfour Homes has been exceptional. Ethan has answered every question with total transparency that we have directed at him. Ethan’s professionalism and urgency in our journey has made the purchasing of our New Home a seamless experience. The thing I like about these guys is everyone at Balfour rolls up there sleeves and gets in to ensure you have total support. We had a video call with one of the directors of Balfour which was excellent, Jimmy was really genuine in wanting to get to know us and what we were looking for from Balfour. I had a list of questions that Jimmy answered and he really put us in a great mindset that Balfour Homes was the company we were happy to use to support us to build our home. The Balfour app is one of the easiest app’s I have ever used and has made getting all documentation to the Balfour team very easy. Going for your first home is very daunting. Ethan from Balfour Homes is just fantastic. Ethan has answered every single question along the way. Never once treated any of my questions without the utmost respect. It's a very comforting feeling being able to have the constant support from him and the Balfour team. Kailum our property manager has pushed himself through leaps and bounds to make sure you can truely get your bang for your buck. He’s made all the finance side of things truely a walk in the park, no doubt we would be pulling our hair out of our heads if it wasn’t for Kailum knowing all the tricks to make sure we can afford our ‘dream’ home.

We owe Ethan & Kailum and Balfour Homes as a whole a standing ovation with all the hard work they have done. This company is your one stop shop and would truely be the best decision you could ever make in your life when it comes down to the property market. We definitely wouldn’t be standing here if it wasn’t for Balfour.
