Going into this journey at the beginning myself and my cousin were scared of being knocked back again as we were many times before, all we needed was someone to give us a chance, when we first made contact we expected another "No sorry there is nothing we can do" but what we did get and have continued to get is so much support from Brooke Rachel and the Balfour Homes Team, we finally are given a chance. The team have been nothing short of amazing from support and talking us through everything throughout the whole process thus far, they take care of everything and what we want for our home and if ever there is a will Brooke will always find a way making what we always thought the impossible possible buying land and a home was only ever a dream now thanks to Balfour Homes we are making moves towards that dream.

Hi Guys, we just wanted to say a huge thank you. I remember when i first spoke to Brooke I told her we weren't ready to buy a house because everyone we had spoken to wanted us to be debt free and have the full deposit before they would even look at us. Brooke, Rachel, Rebecca and the rest of the teams did amazing to help us get a house in Brisbane. They guide us, give us all the information that we need to know, they even tried to find solutions to every problem that have occurred. This is the best Christmas present we could ever ask for! We have struggled to raise the full deposit amount to purchase/ build a home! Balfour homes walks you through every step! Balfour homes were absolutely amazing to work with! Cody contacted us about a month ago as we were scrolling on Facebook an advertisement came up and that’s were we put our details down. In about two weeks after the first phone call we were pre approved and choosing what type of house we would like to build! Honestly Cody is the most efficient person we have ever been in contact with, so professional as well! When my partner and I were told our rental property was being sold and we needed to find a new place to live it just so happened that an advertisement for Balfour came across my screen. We had no intention of starting to look into the property market but after looking at pricey rentals we thought why not just start looking into it. Within an hour of registering our interest Cody called and discussed with us what we were looking for in our first home build. Before we knew it we had designs ready to go and bank applications being progressed. We had always wanted to build a home however never thought we'd be doing it this soon. Cody progressed everything through swiftly and was able to do all the talking and discussions for us. Which as two full time workers who barely have any spare time really assisted in getting the process done as soon as possible. The use of their Balfour app means everything is in one spot and is a direct communication line to all involved. Buying a first house is always going to be a stressful situation and to add to it building our first home made everything a lot more complex but everyone at Balfour - Cody, Kailum and Jimmy ensured this process was as simple as it could be from finance, to liaising builders and lawyers to just comforting us when inevitable delays had occurred. I write this now just as we received settlement for our first home build yesterday and cannot be happier. Thanks to everyone again at Balfour for making this dream a reality!

My partner and I took a leap of faith when we reached out to Balfour Homes in the hope of returning to the housing market. We are both close to 50, so in the grand scheme of buying again, time isn't necessarily on our side. Our dealings with the company, in particular Jimmy and Kailum were exceptional to say the very least. Our individual case provided some unique challenges for them, which many other companies would have put in the 'too hard basket' and told us it wasn't possible. As a result of their hard work, we are now excited to start building our dream home together. We are still pinching ourselves that it is really happening. I contacted Balfour Homes through an ad via Facebook and the next day received a call from Jesse providing me all the information I could need to start the process of building my own home. As someone looking to get back into the property market it is daunting as most information available in the current climate is aimed at first home buyers, Jesse has helped me to feel positive about getting back into the property market, has answered every question I have had along the way and always found solutions to any obstacles every step of the way, no question has been too difficult and nothing too much trouble. Raf has taken me all the steps for the house and land packages deals for me he has been very clear and explains in detail the steps from finance to where land deals around Brisbane he has keep in touch with me on a day basis and follows with any questions.

My husband and I have been using Balfour Homes to build our first ever home. As young couple home ownership is a daunting process; there's so much to learn about from choosing a builder to finding a mortgage broker to name just a few.

The beauty of Balfour Homes is they eliminate the stress of going it alone. Working closely with us they begun by asking us where we would like to live. We were then provided with a selection of packages in and around the areas we mentioned. The packages took into consideration what we could afford financially and how large of a block and property we wanted. Once this ball was rolling I expected communication to simmer down a bit.

This was not the case. Instead, Balfour Homes worked tirelessly to get our first home across the line. This included contacting a variety of builders and banks, liaising with mortgages brokers and breaking down what grants would be available for us. I was well and truly surprised at how personalised the experience was and how exceptional the level of communication was.

Ethan, the gentleman working with my husband and I, kept us regularly updated every week without fail; even when the update was 'There isn't an update'. He took the time to break down every step of the process, tutoring us on the steps and stages involved in building a house. This was essential for us being new to the property market. His transparency was astonishing and he made us feel confident.and comfortable going forward.
