Again it's part of that greedy group of West, they charge you for recovery section of the club, knowingly that it's out of order for months, and won't be ready before another couple of months, why because they are taking us for Granted and using us as milking cows, that's @mayfield- balance collective

The facilities are great. Clean and well maintained with lots of convenient, free underground parking but the pools are unsupervised and the floors are very slippery in some places. I didn't visit the gym but the cafe is good and they serve great coffee with a friendly approach. It was the lack of lifeguards which really let's this place down.

The spin class run by Will was great but it is disappointing a few don't feel the need to wipe there bikes down at the end of the class.

Love this place. Welcoming, awesome equipment, friendly atmosphere. Especially the recovery room. My kind of heaven

Good size gym with easy parking and friendly staff. The outdoor area is nice, and the cardio machines are modern and in good condition.

The free weights and weight machines drag the gym down though, and if you're predominantly into resistance training there are better gyms around. The equipment is old junk, probably 20-30 years old and not in a good, retro sort of way. Some of the machines and benches are actually dangerous to use but their condition seems to be ignored by the gym. Also, the squat racks are cramped and too short to overhead press in.
