Baileys Diesel Fuel Injection

I can't remember the name of the man I spoke to (sorry) however, he spent at least 15 minutes trying to help me with matching part numbers on a part that I'd bought from somewhere else. Superb service and will be my go to company from now on next time I need diesel specific parts

As a trade customer with a trade account, you have messed up our first order from start to finish. We've paid additional for over night freight and so far this night has taken 4 days.meanwhile I'm having to make excuses for my customer that is waiting to have the work carried out. Your guys are good at passing the buck to toll, but I can see from what you guys are telling me and the paper trail, it's you that have delayed the process and are lying to me about the delivery "complications".

Seriously unimpressed and I will go back to my original supplier for these parts. First impressions count.appalling service and appalling excuses.very quick at taking the payments though.
