Thanks to the team at Bailey’s who got me up and running after being stuck in Batemans Bay with a failed injector.

They managed to fit me in just before the public holiday weekend and supply a set of their quality injectors.

Belinda also gave us a tour around the workshop, showing the equipment and skill that goes into repairing and manufacturing their products.

Great to see a local Aussie company innovating and developing diesel systems and also keeping our 4WD on the road for many more years.

Great experience.
Staff are knowledgeable and products are great. If you order the wrong part they will check your vin and make sure you don't get to reassembling before you find out it's wrong.
I purchased a turbo from them approx 3 years ago and has been the most reliable turbo of four, including a factory replacement.

The guys had incredibly quick, well priced quality service. I had my car off the road and they were able to get the injectors back to me in under 24 hours. Really appreciate their hard work.

Hey guys, I just want to say thanks so much for your help with my 2012 Toyota hilux. I was so close to buying a new turbo an stepper motor for it after it always going into limp mode on an over boost fault. Then I came accross a youtube video of yours which made me give you a call. You gave me a tip to try with my stepper motor stop limit. I did exactly what you said and the fault code has not come up in about 5 months now. You guys are legends and yous could have ripped me off and told me to buy a new turbo or whatever but didn't.so thanks so much, I owe yous one! If I ever need anything related to the product or services you provide, I will be in contact with you, even tho I'm over in WA! Cheers

We used there online 'Messenger' service. They were quick to attend to our enquiry. The information they provided was very helpful to us in repairing a problem vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff.

Diesel mechanic bought injectors from Baileys as originals were dead. Turns out the "blueprinted" ones were worse than the originals. Found this out after mechanic second guessing original diagnosis and then having all injectors flow tested at mtq. Instead of a couple of days without vehicle it was our whole 2 week holiday and an extra $2000 in costs.

Baileys never responded to our contact or review on Facebook. They have also since deleted Facebook reviews which I would suspect is due to the high number of negative ones and several more that had the same problem of recieving dead ones out the box.

I would buygenuine originals for not that much more.

I recently purchased a full set of Bailey's blueprinted injectors and toyota genuine fuel pipes and full gasket kit for my prado 150 and could not be happier great service and advice fast express post had the the nxt day on my door step did the job myself they even have a detailed step by step instructions for the job to then had the injectors codes at my local mechanical workshop my prado runs great thanks guys and very affordable. Highly recommended.

This company is disgraceful, 3 phone calls and over 2 months to refund core deposit for injectors purchased. Worse still the arrogance and attitude regarding this issue. Good luck dealing with them.

Think before you buy, read first cause I'm not just one of those impatient naggy customers. I Have contacted several times to ask about injectors put in my 2006 hilux and Simon nicholson takes forever to reply, not enough information or just doesn't reply at all and in my opinion just not professional at all. I wasn't looking to be difficult or ask for a refund or ask the impossible I was simply asking for advice to fix a small pilot rattle which was still there after getting them replaced and my mechanic follow all the steps before putting them in. Good to know that you're valued as a customer with Bailey's diesel really disappointing considering how much they talked up their customer service when purchasing the injectors. Waste of time money and effort. Time to go through fair trading and see what they say I would suggest others in this situation to do the same.

Belinda at BDG knows her stuff! The group here are absolutely beautiful and willing to educate/help anyone! Their eco-friendly approach to injectors etc is wonderful. On top of this wonderful service and products, Belinda even gave us a tour of the facilities and accommodated to our every need! The team here are the future of mechanics and we will be recommending all our family across Australia to only go through them!

Replaced injectors in my Hilux with BDG injectors and since lost 200km in economy per tank.
To add to this the after sales service has been appalling!
Extremely hard to talk to anyone that will give you a straight answer, I’ve asked to start a warranty claim and all further emails and calls have gone unanswered.
I regret trying to save a few bucks in the short term. If I’d known I was going to lose fuel efficiency to that extent there’s no way I would have had them put in.
Steer clear- stick with genuine parts!

Appalling service, sent out damaged goods. Took three days to respond to my email, then only when pushed did something about replying. Promised replacement part to be sent immediately but over a week later and still nothing. Happy to take your money but will not back up their products. BEWARE, STAY AWAY.
