Great service and excellent products. One of the very patient salesmen spent a solid 30-40min helping me assess which chair would be the right fit based on my preferences. Once ordered the chairs were assembled by the team in store and they even helped load it into the back of the car on delivery date.
I’ve had the Humanscale Freedom Chair for a few months and highly recommend! Unlike other chairs you barely notice when you sit for extended periods, and don’t need to fiddle around with multiple levers to get the most comfortable setting as it does this automatically.

Although the store was busy, Jonathan ensured he greeted every customer advising them that he will be with them as soon as he is finished with the previous customer. I have never seen this level of service in my life and was very impressed. Furthermore, Jonathan provided the right advice to help my partner and I select the right chair for our needs - as such, I intended to purchase a single chair but couldn't leave without buying two!

I strongly recommend Jonathan and his store for anyone looking to purchase a new chair, pillow or even mattress. Ill definitely be back to replace my mattress as the pillow and chairs have been amazing to date.

They have so many clever designs here. Makes you reliase how badly most furniture is made, with comfort not the most impoortant factor. Office chairs are a bit expensive. But when you factor in the grerat dcesign and build quality, they are a much better value then the cheap and cheerful stuff you get from places like Officeworks.

UPDATE: Manufacturing fault with chair gas lift, Jonathan was in communication over the Easter long weekend and the fault was rectified within two working days. Amazing!
