Great service, delivered fast and very friendly.
Couldn't recommend more for a good quality chair!

I received the worst service I've had in years from this company. I ordered an electric sit stand desk through them because they said online that they had it in stock, which they didn't. But could supply me one in a white instead of the black that I ordered.it was urgent that I get this desk as i had a staff memeber who had some serious back issues and needed it so that she could return to work. I agreed to the white desk and the guy said that he would Express post it for me, wihtout additional charge as I had been mucked around. They didn't. It took over 2 weeks to get here so I may as well have waited for my local stoere to get it in stock as it took just as long. I rang and made a complaint and he then told me he would refund the whol freight cost but didn't take any details to do that so gues what. The promised refund was never received adn the [product that turned was damaged.i was not offered any compensationf ro the faulty desk sent. Do not deal with these people they lie and rip you off.

We went to the area to test the massage chair. The owner of the shop (Jonathan) was so approachable, very accommodating and helped us to test the machine. Good to talk to. We ended up buying some stuffs and accessories.

Bought a fantastic chair that was delivered extremely quickly. When I had a question about the assembly they responded immediately and even came around to solve it! Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, I'll be referring other to shop here.

Even though I didnt have at a great experience at first, I decided to still purchase an active stool from here as it seemed like the best option. Today i received my stool and it is fantastic. Also, the owner of the store called me after seeing my review to understand further why I had a bad experience. That shows that you really care about your customers, nice touch Bad Backs! I am so happy and satisfied with the chair I bought here. The staff really helped me to get a perfect chair for me. I always had uncomfortable chairs before, now I have a chair that supports me to focus on my work tasks. Sitting in my chair is an experience that is free from pain and discomfort, I forget I'm sitting when I am in this chair and I just go ahead and get completely absorbed in whatever I am doing. One of the worst delivert experience from Melbourne, Masseuse massaging chair company.
They brought in th wrong colour after going through hell to schedule the delivery.
Now returned it straight away!

Bought two recliners there for me and my wife. The timing of the delivery was as promised, the delivery of the furniture was excellent, the folks that deliver them were SUPER careful while operating them. Professional service and a good product. Totally recommended.

I drove 40 minutes specially to this shop to try their different stools, I heard great things about this store and I was so disappointed with the customer service. It was as if the person who was working there just wanted me to leave. He didn't give me any tips or any advice - he barely told me the price of the chairs explained briefly the difference (after I asked) and then went back to his computer. Such a disappointment! 3 hours of my life wasted. I went there for expert advice, buying a chair is an important decision and this was not a successful experience.

Jonathan and his team were able to provide great customer service even in the face of COVID-related supply chain issues. Very glad to get my Aeron chair. Highly recommended.

With a big smile I am writing this review from my home office sitting on my brand new HAG Capisco chair that Jonathan assembled and delivered for me! This is by far the best chair I've ever sat in and its easily worth the price. So glad I got it. We spend thousands on computers and home office but somehow feel it's thrifty to sit in a budget chair all day? ! Not any more for me!

Excellent service. I went into the shop multiple times to try different chairs and each time the sales staff were very patient and informative. Ended up purchasing the Humanscale Smart Chair and arrived in store for pick up in a few days. The chair is great quality, comfortable and looks nice in a WFH environment. Really happy with the purchase and experience!
