The gentleman who served me was extremely patient as I wasn't sure if a needed a walker or just a walking stick. I was able to take his advice by buying a stick with a three pronged rubbery base which he fitted, showing me as to the correct way to hold the handle and adjusted the length of the walking stick.

Lovely staff who are extremely helpful during this time of Covid. Able to order over the phone, pay and have it sent to my premises. Easy

I wanted to buy a shower chair and rubber quad fitting for the end of a walking cane. The advice was spot on from the sales assistant. She advised us to look at another chair as the footprint was smaller and mum would be able to move around it in shower. So we measured up. I phoned ahead for my order. When I arrived it was ready and waiting. Chair fits perfectly and her cane doesn't to fall over. Would definitely recommend.

Had fantastic service, I rang and spoke to staff who helped me with products by descriptions only. They had all products I needed and I purchased them over the phone for later pick up. Excellent experience! I was treated respectfully and kindly by Kerry and Maureen. My new compression socks provided instant relief from first wearing. They are easy to put on and take off. My only regret is that I waited so long to visit B Smart Living.

Last thing I want for my 90 yr old mum is cheap stuff that doesn’t suit her needs.always helpful; staff that go out of their way to make sure you have the item that will suit you best. I order some compression stockings & the service was outstanding & my compression stocking came in extremely fast, I ordered them on Friday the 21st afternoon & I got a phone call on Monday the 24th to say my stockings have arrived, I was very impressed how quick the turnaround was
