Awesome service, got a stocking here last week for an upcoming treatment and the lady that served me and measured me up was so lovely and so helpful, unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I totally recommend this place, the staff are all lovely and very helpful.

What an excellent service. My first experience of hiring a wheelchair was made easy and stressfree by very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable cost and hassle free refund of the deposit. Thankyou guys.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh this morning when I went for a stocking fitting for my leg.
He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product, he measured me for the correct fit, and gave me so much information on using and how to care for them.

Very helpful over the phone. Ankle brace was put aside for me to pick up same day. On arrival was assisted on how to put ankle brace on. Well stocked and great service.

My experience here was a good one. The guy that served me was really good. He spent a lot of time helping with the long boot - which I bought - and also helping me adjust my crutches.

I phoned there to enquire about having the brakes on my rollator/walker tightened. I phoned there in the morning, attended there that same day whereby the brakes were done. Extremely happy with the service from the store staff!

Today found this gem of a shop when my husband needed a compression stocking.
A burst bakers cyst behind the knee was causing him considerable pain and discomfort. Our search of the internet and local chemists had given us no satisfaction. A friend recommended this shop to me. He was so happy with the service, knowledge and interest he received today. We wished to recommend to anyone in need of mobility aids etc. You won't be disappointed. This a highly professional, knowledgeable place where your needs will be attended to by excellent people.

The lady (I didn’t catch her name) assisted my 9yo son with fitting a moon boot for his broken ankle. She took her time, went through several options, ensured my son was comfortable and was never rushed.

She had the opportunity to sell me a $190 boot, however recommended a $79 boot instead saying that it was more suited to him.

Integrity at its finest.

First time visiting this store, and the service was amazing. The salesperson that attended us was professional with the outmost patience and knowledge. She helped fitted Moon Boot to my husband and explained how it works with great in depth knowledge of the product and provided us on how to care instructions for the product. B Smart personnel were honest, ethical and provided me with good advise when I was choosing the equipment. I felt confident and relieved once I walked out of there. Such a great help.
