I came in for a SRS air bag light, I already knew it was the SRS module and I came to seek help. I waited 1 hour just to tell me it is the SRS module. I wanted them to change the module for me and they wanted to charge more on top. They charged me to scan the car, even though I already knew. Waste of time and money

John, Phillips and boys always accomodate my last minute requests, nothing is too much of a problem. Highly recommend the team.

Absolutely outstanding service from John & Nick and the team. They fixed an electrical issue on my VW Golf quickly and efficiently which had taken months elsewhere to get sorted. They even went to the trouble of sourcing me some 2nd hand parts which halved the bill. Delightful people would highly recommend!

I have an unusual car, an old volvo 960, and they've been looking after it for quite a few years now, before that I went round to Precision Automotive before they left Coward St but Nick's guys are specialists in the electrical as well as the mechanical. I got my electric cabling handmade when it wore out at Nick's, I'm using to parking next to vintage Jags and Bentleys in there as well as brand new plastic things of all shapes and sizes, the new cars leave me dumbfounded the way everything is packed in with them.there is a place next door to get a sandwich and a drink and a couple of sofas in the waiting room at nicks where you can quietly eat the sandwich! We had our Bosch battery replaced under warranty which we bought from another place. Nick was very professional, friendly, honest and prompt. He honoured our battery warranty with no charge. We will definitely go back to him again.

I wouldn't trust this company with my car especially after what they did to my father's car. They work was shocking and the apprentice took it for a joy ride and came back damaged.

Asked for a full service which they spilt oil all over my engine bay. Over filled the brake fluid which leaked oil everywhere. Did NOT top up all fluids as they quoted in and they left grubby finger marks all over my windscreen.

5 star for fix but 2 star for experience They get car running and at first seem great but they lack transparency and when are asked probing questions they use the emotional card saying
We know what we are doing. I.always feel something is being hidden and I should be grateful and should not asking questions.
