Took in my 2013 Q7 that was having a very rough idle and shaky drive on D1 and D2/ low revs.
John and Nick took the time to properly assess the issue, kept me informed throughout the process and confirmed all costs beforehand. Amazing service. Will be going in for my future repairs for sure.

Update: Aug 2023
Took the car in for a suspension replacement. All work completed at the highest quality as always. Thanks again guys.

Went to John and Nick based on all the fantastic reviews they had. I had previously had my car looked at by another auto electrician who gave me incorrect advice, which was going to cost a lot and take months. I explained the situation to Nick and John who disagreed with the advice given, long story short- Nick had the car up and running in less than 2 days and the repair was a fraction of the cost! The service, communication and attention to detail in their workshop is amazing, I highly recommend. A lot of cow boys there at the moment, these guys are genuine, honest and friendly!
