This is our 3rd order from APS. Always great customer service, quick turn around from order to install and a fabulous Australian product. We love them so much that we recommended APS too my parents who a building a new home. After getting quotes from several companies, they too have just ordered shutters from APS.

Had most my house done about 12 months ago. Have just had the last two widows in my finished kitchen done. So happy with the product and service provided by Australian Plantation Shutters.
Both times they were so easy to deal with. The boys came quickly to do the measure, and they were made and installed in a really good time frame.
We were going to do DIY but their price and the service was so good that we went with installation. So glad we did, so happy with the end result

Have used Australian Plantation Shutters on 3 occasions now. The service and product are excellent. Never had any issues. I only have 1 more area to go and won’t hesitate to call on them again.

These transformed the look of our 1960s weatherboard - they look awesome and we were very happy with the prompt and professional service provided. The quality of the shutters is great and we are confident they will last for decades.

Happy to come take measurements. Happy to take your money. Follow up after care and interest after install, forget it. After thousands of dollars to purchase shutters, they're asking for an $80 call out fee to make a very simple correction. Call back given to us 24 hours after contacting, 1 day post install. Very unhelpful and care factor on customer satisfaction is zero.

We had 4 windows at the front of the house done 7 months ago. We've been enjoying the ease of control we have over light and heat, so we've just had the 2 bedrooms fitted as well a week ago. It's like waking up in a resort room every day. The guys (same fellows both times) that fitted them are so quick and professional. They call you in the morning and give you a guesstimated time which was spot-on. The Thornton showroom displays were great so you could see and feel before you buy. The sales people knew their product and procedures. They answered all our questions there at the beginning or by email later. We originally went in because they had special offers. The second time we asked and they did the same deal. It doesn't hurt to ask. In short, an A-1 company to deal with and it's quality gear.

I was extremely happy with the service at APS, from the initial measurement & quote, the staff at the office keeping me up to date & the 2 gentlemen that fitted my shutters. Very polite & helpful & I would definitely recommend this company. My shutters have completely changed the decor of my 3 bedrooms & the lounge room & they now look complete. I keep going into the bedrooms to admire them. Thank you!
