Excellent, professional and courteous experience in all departments with this company. I had two final blinds fitted to complete my property after having the first fitted about three years ago. There was a malfunction with a factory machine which delayed the fitting date by one day, but the girls in the office informed me immediately of the situation and kept me informed regularly as to progress. If you’re thinking about getting these blinds, get them from this company, keep our local businesses in business and don’t waste your money on cheap overseas rubbish.

We ordered the DIY Open Slider plantation shutters while the product is good we are still having problems with the company after a mistake they made.

They sent us the wrong size shutters and are now refusing to take them back so we are left with two huge and heavy shutters which we are stuck storing over our windows at the front of our townhouse.

I have asked them to pay for a hard rubbish removal (this would be tax deductible for them) but they have suggested we find a use for them in our home? !?

I had paid for the courier to deliver to us (in Canberra) originally as they were too big for us to put on, or in our car. We have no way to move them ourselves so I image they expect us to pay for removal due to their mistake.

It’s really disappointing as the service had been great up to that point. Their DIY person Tamara had been really helpful and we do like the sliders.

I wouldn’t recommend them for DIY though. I think getting them installed would be better as the instructions were super confusing (we’d planned to write up some more helpful instructions for them but decided against that after being stuck with their mistake).

Once again I’m Very happy with my plantation shutters. The whole process from initial quote through to installation was easy and all staff involved were friendly and very helpful. Installation fellas were great, no mess left.

Just had shutters installed in our new home. We love them! They look amazing and set off every room. The whole experience with Australian Plantation Shutters was good. Josh and Nathan were the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I recently had a large area of external shutters supplied and fitted on my rear verandah. As a returning customer, I am already acquainted with the high quality of the aluminium shutters already installed in my home. This installation is likewise, first class. Even better with the 50% discount!

I always thought Plantation shutters were an expensive luxury but these aluminium shutters were very affordable and look amazing!
It only took 5 weeks from the initial quote to getting them installed which was very quick.
The only drawback is that you have to pay 50% deposit then the rest of price at least 3 weeks before they are installed, which I was led to believe you pay the rest of the deposit at installation.
Josh and Nathan were great with the installation, very capable and efficient!

I decided to go with this Australian manufacturer because I support manufacturing in Australia and refuse to buy overseas products that don’t meet Australian standards. Thrilled with the finished product. We had shutters fitted to our whole house and from the 1st contact I am really impressed with the service we received. Everyone turned up at the time stipulated and we had confirmation calls each time. On the day we had them installed it only took just over half an hour and all rubbish was removed and the shutters given a final clean. Could not ask for better service.
