Josh & Brandon from Australian Hot Water arrived on time 7.30 am, & proceeded to remove the old & instal the new 135 litre Rheem hot water heater. They were careful bringing up the new & removing the old (1st floor installation) & were pleasant to discuss the workings of the new Rheem & ongoing service needs. All in all, a prompt (next day) service, from ordering to delivery & installation. (start to finish job time 1.5 hrs)

I only wish I had of chosen Australian hot water firstly when I looked online for a supplier/installer of a 50litre electric hot water tank. My elderly mothers tank stopped working and I quickly went online to look and saw Ferguson plumbing. They were able to come out straight away which was great but what they quoted for the job was just under $4,000. I just couldn’t believe the price so I quickly rang my go to plumber and he told me to ring Australian hot water which I did and they did the same job for $1,000. I am shocked that there could be such a variance in price.

Excellent service and response. Called them at 7 pm on a Thursday night and the unit was installed on Friday morning. The guys worked cleanly and quietly and the price was more than competitive with local plumbing services. Definitely the way to go when the hot water service gives up the ghost

Eddy the plumber was an absolute gem. I couldn’t speak more highly of him. Made what seemed to be an impossible job possible. And did the job with so much care. I honestly have to say he is the best plumber I have ever used. Belinda’s service was also exceptional to get Eddy assisting us on the same day we called. Excellent service highly recommended look no further! Diego is an absolute gem, polite, runs a great crew and a wealth of knowledge. Diego advised us to replace our old heat pump with a more smaller volume more cost effective unit oRinnai Enviroflo Heat
Pump A Series 180 Litres. To save us money with the current high electricity prices. Even the rebate was factored in. Diego went beyond and extra bonus first time in years the best pressure even to wash an elephant.

Within an hour of my call, Australian Hot Water arrived, and the work was finished in two hours. Jimmy and Shane were both courteous and polite, and they took the time to explain the new safety system that informs you when there is water in the safe tray to me. The only minor negative was a small quantity of debris that wasn't swept up, but it just took me a few minutes to clean it up, so it wasn't anything significant.

Shane came out and replaced our HWS immediately and quickly, first thing on a Monday morning, he was thorough and professional.

Just had a Sanden heat pump 315FQS installed with great proficiency by Shane, Eddie and Jimmy from Australian Hot Water, Inner West, Sydney.

There was a little confusion with the office about what model of hot water system I wanted, but was sorted out easily over the phone. The team that came and did the install did a good job and left the place tidy when they were done. Happy with the outcome.
