The team at Australian Hot Water were a pleasure to deal with. Our hot water system replacement was booked in easily, and the team completed the replacement and did such a great job. Our friendly technician talked us through our new system and answered any questions we had. Thank you for making our system replacement a breeze. I will definitely recommend them to others.

2hrs late to the job, no communication, customer service was average.
It’s a shame cause the work they did was very good.

Just had the Sanden 315L Heat Pump installed, the team were very helpful in making the decision firstly and then working out where it would be installed. Then for the install Brent / Matt / Luis / Michael made sure the install was tidy and minimal. The extra effort and consideration was much appreciated. Very happy to recommend the team.

Matt, Brent, Luis and Michael and the whole team at Australian Hot water are fantastic, they replaced a very difficult outdated tank in a timely and professional manner. Their service is phenomenal, and they are the most competitive company in the market.

Although Brent was late (through no fault of his), I was extremely happy with his work. He replaced my hot water tank and changed a tap very efficiently and, surprisingly, quicker than I had expected - my previous experience took several hours to do what Brent did. Not only was Brent a great person to engage with, but he also answered all my queries patiently and there was barely any mess when he left. Thank you, Brent!

I'm a plumber. My elderly neighbours had hot water issues but I just didn't have time. I told them to call Aus Hot Water. Unfortunately they rang a different plumber who quoted them 6 grand. Poor old lady nearly had a heart attack so I got onto Aus Hot Water in Caringbah. Spoke with Adam and within 2hrs they were there and replaced the thermostat. Couple of hundred dollars. Awesome service. Good job Adam and team

Very efficient. I asked for quotation on-line and AHW rep arrived within 2 hours to inspect and provide quote and answer all queries. When I accepted quote, Matt in the Office ensured installation co-ordinated with roof replacement which I wanted done at same time. Highly recommend.

From the office to the installation team, I was provided with professional and friendly service. Cameron and John worked tirelessly for two hours and left the site clean and tidy. Many thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended by others and they were right!

2: 24pm - I called to get a broken hot water tank fixed. Repairman in area. Sweet.
2: 46pm - called to say that he'll arrive soon
2: 55pm - repairman arrived.
3: 03pm - problem identified - broken thermostat.
3: 15pm - problem fixed and sorted.
4: 07pm - hot water is back to normal, paid via bank transfer. And I'm writing this review.

Australian hot water installed a new water heater for us three months ago, the quote they offered was the best among three companies.
Yesterday I found the outlet pipe was a little bit leaking (not emergency) and contacted them, they responded very fast and came to fix within 24 hours.
I met three team members of the company since I contacted them for a quote, they are all professional, nice and helpful people.
A reliable Australian company, highly recommended.

Yesterday found our gas HWS tank was leaking after 24 years use.

Last night wrote a message to Australian Hot Water for a quote and this morning 7: 30am Cameron had a look and it was replaced before lunch.

Decided on the gas instantaneous which required a bit of copper to connect to our larger diameter pipes but the job is super tidy.

A massive shout out to Cameron the technician that came out to install my brand new Rinnai B26, I'm telling you what cool guy. It was put together very quickly, he explain everything clearly and even checked out my taps inside the house to see if everything was all good! Well done brother, somebody get that man a beer!

Definitely recommend! I called Australian Hot Water at 9.30am after waking to no hot water and by 1pm the same day we had a new hot water system installed. This included a free assessment and quote with 3 different options. All points of contact were professional, courteous and were nice guys to chat to. Shout out to Josh, Cam and Matt and thanks for turning what was looking to be a bad day into a mildly inconvenient morning. See you guys in 15 years or so.

I had a really good experience with these guys. I would specifically like to thank John and Josh for providing an honest and affordable service in a challenging older strata building that a lot of people would have walked away from.

I was so happy with the service first time around that I contacted AHW a second time to ask if they could refer me to a plumber to do some other invasive cold water work. It turns out that they were able to do it themselves for around 1/6 of what a few other plumbers told me it would cost.

It’s nice to know there are some honest tradies left. Thanks again!

Last Friday my old hot water system was done, so a neighbour recommended this company to me. I have several meetings that day and didn't have time to shop around, and this company was recommended by a neighbour, so I just let them install a new system. It turned out their price is extremely high. I have another neighbour had their hot water system replaced with the same product with the same kind of services on the same day, while their price is $500 cheaper than what I paid to Australian Hot Water.

Very upset and very disappointed with this company. Will never use them again. My friends and neighbours will avoid them from now too.

Cameron is a competent plumber with bed side manners! Absolute delight. Getting my new hot water system from them for sure!
