Doctor I saw was completely incompetent and didn't even do a proper examination, or any for that matter.

Receptionists all top
Notch courtesy friendliness efficiency and understanding

The doctors have all been approachable and have looked after me all the time

Can’t speak too highly of my experiences at the centre

Walk ins are crazy on weekends. 2+ hours wait times! I feel like I've gone to the local ED! I walked in before 8am and its nearly 10am and still waiting.

Having said that, Dr Emma Patterson is really good! Very professional.

They have changed the system to no longer be bulk billed and appointment only from Monday 11th September 2023.

An absolute pet peeve of mine is when you are dismissed by doctors. I came in on 12th June with an extremely painful headache and a very sore and stiff neck which stopped me from moving my head at all. I was briefly examined and told to get bed rest and use painkillers. After knowing that something wasn’t right and normal, I went straight to the ED and was admitted Immediately with the drs suspecting I had meningitis. 8 days later, I am still in hospital.
This happened on another occasion recently with another doctor, where I fell and ended up with 2 torn ligaments, a fracture and cartilage damage in my ankle. An X-ray was done on site, however I was told all was good and just rest. When I asked if I even needed a moon boot, I was told no, even though I was unable to walk at all. After seeking further medical care, I was put in a moon boot for 12 days, then an ankle brace for 6 weeks and received physio therapy on top of this.
I’ve only ever gone here as a last resort, however I’ve never been satisfied with the attention to detail, care or diagnosis.

All of the staff and Doctors were very friendly and accommodating. The practice is clean and welcoming. I was very impressed by how thorough the Doctor was with both myself and my child. I would definitely recommend the Practice and will be returning as regular patients for my whole family.

Shocked to see so many horrible things being said about Jeanette. Myself, my children and partner have been coming here for years and she has been nothing but helpful, accommodating, understanding and kind.

I am concerned to read of all these negative reviews towards Jeanette when I was coming on here to leave a review expressing the opposite. Have had recent serious health issues and Jeanette has been nothing but accomodating and thanks to her I was able to get the required medical help in time. I’ve seen many people speak extremely rudely to the receptionists at the front desk when there are waits or they haven’t booked appointments so perhaps these people should review their own entitled attitudes.
Dr khan is always extremely thorough and helpful.

I understand it’s a free doctor. But when you’re an hour in to your shift and there’s 9 people waiting. It’s a bad look when the doctor goes and gets coffees for everyone just saying.

I had made a mistake reading the day of my booking I turned up with my son and the receptionist was very abrupt and rude.it's a shame my family have been going to this centre fir yeas.if I did not have medical history with my doc I would consider other medical services

Great experience. I wasn't expecting to find somewhere open on a Sunday night after I cut my foot open with rusty metal.
Not only were they open they did my stitches and tetanus shot bulk billed and the wait was under 40 mins. The doctor nurse and receptionist were all really nice and I saved myself a trip to hospital.

I expected a much longer wait time for a Sunday afternoon. Dr Emma was through, profession and kind.
If I am even in a jam again I will definitely go there.definitely worth the 1 hour wait.

I jumped on here to tell of my awful experience with the lady with grey hair at the reception desk tonight, only to see dozens of other people have made the same complaints. I’m baffled as to why she is still working here!

Extremely rude and no empathy for sick people. Made me feel like I was wasting her time and voiced that “she and her manager were not happy with me” coming in to collect a pathology test kit. I had the paperwork, just needed the test.

This could potentially be an amazing surgery if your first point of contact is not this horrible woman. If this was my business she would be out straight away for representing my practice so poorly.

This surgery gets 1x star for the amazing nurse who helped me collect what I needed to collect without a bother at all.

The reminders on the phone to be kind to the staff are the wrong way round. You should be reminding your staff to be polite to patients. Rude, unhelpful & discouraging.

Management please listen to the people and sack the toxic, crabby, rude receptionist already! Also, please for the love of god try and answer the dam phone in under 5 mins. Ten mins on hold at 8pm on. Wednesday night is unacceptable.

When english speaking doctors were there it was good like Dr Emma Patterson but now there are doctors who Iook at me like I'm speaking a different language and provide me with referrals to specialists that are outdated. This practice needs a good clean up.

The front reception here is the worst I ever see, even the patient in pain for days. They wouldn’t help you at all, just a simple prescription, they tell you to come few days later no matter what you say or what you do.
