Terrible, bad staff, because as soon as I walked into the dealership some weird employee rushed me saying what car I wanted even though I was just seeing some options so if you go theirs some weird British guy that will come at you as soon as you walk in so be careful and also not many good cars and no good colours

I have never been so happy to actually get help because usually people are a bit rude and not helpful when I ring a car dealer.so I hope Danielle gets a big bonus this christmas because good help is hard to find

Girlfriend recently purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 from Stephen Thomas, process was super easy and stress free, helped her every step of the way and answering any questions she had and making sure she was happy before following through with the sale.

Not following through with sale and commitments. I purchased demo car from this dealership and was dealing with several salesman, ended up dealing with the General Manager and whole process took several months to resolve. Due to the poor service, this is my first and last time I purchase a motor vehicle from another state.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH AUDI FIVE DOCK.

Picked up our brand new Audi Q3 today, we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience we had with their sales associate, Stephanie. Her service was absolutely outstanding, so down to earth and warm.
The communication from her was so efficient and everything was so clear, from trading our old car to pick up, the whole 8 weeks.
We are so glad to have her helping us through the journey, especially during the lockdown.

Where to start?

After begging me for my business, they attempted to force me to use Audi Finance even though it was 3% higher then market. (FYI everyone, this is illegal and called third line enforcement, do not fall for it)

The Sales Manager Aari and Rep Steph were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, calling me a liar and threatening to cancel the contract if I did not use the Audi Finance.
I took them up on this offer, as I would never provide business to an entity that supports such poor behaviors and misleading practices.

Surprise, surprise, after I called their behavior out, and accepted their offer to move on, they again have changed their minds, and wanted me to still buy the car. They even went ahead with registering the car in my name (9 months rego though only, seems like they tried to slip in a Demo car as new.) even though the deal was not finalized.

Now, they won't return my deposit even though they cancelled the contract.

It seems for a company that supposedly sells 150 cars per month, they really need my $2000!

The whole team were amazing from start to finish. Thank you Mark & Cristian for the great experience and going above and beyond! Highly recommend the team!

I picked up my new Audi yesterday and would like to thank Stephen Thomas for the amazing service received from when I first walked into the dealership. Stephen is very friendly, down to earth and knows his Audi's well. He let me take as much time needed to look at and test drive the car and also provided regular updates of when the car would arrive. I also want to thank Cristian for putting together a great deal. My 18 month old daughter loves the red Audi mini car:)
