Congratulations to the team at Audi Five Dock. Our experience was outstanding and 10 stars! David Lau and Alexis Swaby service was first class. From the moment we stepped in, Alexis the sales manager, shook our hands and greeted us warmly and introduced us to David, a Sales consultant. Despite being in sports gear and less than professionally dressed on the day, David and Alexis took care of us like we were VIPs. The car we purchased was a Q5 and drives like a dream. The service of Audi sealed the deal for us after test driving other luxury brands.oh and Patricia's coffees were a hit too! We collected the car today and David took his time to remind us of the the technology, took photos of us as family with our new car. Alexis presented us with a lovely gift too upon leaving, which was very thoughtful. I would recommend Audi Five Dock to anyone and suggest other Luxury Car Dealers take a leaf out of David's and Alexis' book when it comes to customer service and creating a luxury experience! I wish that I would of read these reviews before deailing with this dealership. They would not refund a deposit even though the contract was not completely signed. Very disappointed. Did not expect this from Audi. I wish I could give this less than one star. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. I now have to take legal action and they don't even care.

【Read before purchase latest models】I recently purchased audi Q3 2023model, good car, sales and service staffs are nice. But there’s a common flaw with the new audi MMI system. If you normally parked your car at a place where has no signal/receptions, when you start the car, it will stuck at the logging in page forever until you drive the car out and wait for 10 minutes for the system to work…during this time, you cannot access GPS, radio and any other functions…. And apparently there is no solution to solve this problem atm, been told I have to wait for Audi Germany to update the current system.

This may be the worst Audi dealership for customer care and price. Started off fine to land you as a customer and then it was all downhill from there. Worst customer experience. If you want your questions answered (and not blatantly ignored) and treated like a valued customer stay away from this dealership. Highly recommend Audi Mosman, their professionalism exceeds this one by far and we are so happy to have purchased from them instead.

Absolutely refreshing, a very unlike car dealership experience, these guys are amazing. Mark, Simon, David and the team were so welcoming upon pick up of my A5 with gifts and an Audi umbrella include (which has come in handy alot). Simon from service was also soooo prompt with dealing and rectifying
the calibration issue with the cars radar. Top job guys. I will buy my next car from them.

It has been a week since i collected my new Audi S3. The whole experience from the first steps into this dealership have been very memorable. The service and atmosphere was all very friendly. You could feel this as soon a you enter the dealership.
They were very accommodating of my needs and were extremely keen to get me into this brand.
In this time of a shortage of cars available to order and buy with the outfall of Covid and the semiconductor issue, it is refreshing to have this type of service experiemce. BMW Australia can learn alot from this brand.
Will definitely be coming back for the future. Thank you to Aari, Stephen and Eric for looking after us. Would definitely suggest you visit this dealership for an Audi.
