What a gem this place is. The facilities are amazing, the variety of classes are just right and the staff are both friendly and professional. There is no comparison in Penrith.

Just signed up to Atmosphere gym Penrith after many recommendations - incredible facility and friendly staff. Given a tour of the gym, amazing service from Ann at front desk. Excited to workout here.

Unprofessional, rude & bigotry. Poor quality of service & I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, I think negative reviews need to be heard more than positive reviews.
Illegal/Unprofessional Questions asked within job interviews;
>how old I am
>am I married/have any kids
>asked to shave & have no religious exception to the "clean shaven policy"

The gym by Nepean River is poorly placed and inconsiderate. The boot camp yelling and doof doof noise really affects the dining experience in what is essentially a restaurant precinct.

Hand down amazing gym signed up not long ago and loving the gym such a clean modern gym love love love staff are overall very friendly

This gym has amazing facilities with the latest technology equipmentand super friendly staff. It is spotlessly clean including the changing rooms.

Before you sign the 6 page contract read AND remember the 5 pages of Terms and Conditions. Management is not flexible even if it relates to a medical condition.

I purchased the 10 day pass, and end up going once as I was unaware that I had to continually use the pass 10 day in a row. However I purchased another 10 day pass, and when I went to swim I was told that I can only use the pass once, the guy was so
Mast and rude.the way he was talking to me was very angry and rude. Very disgusted by his behavior. Not going again very unfriendly.

Atmosphere is hands-down one of the best Health & Fitness Clubs I have ever been to!
The facility and everything in it is absolutely fantastic. It is well designed and thought out; from the free lockable lockers to the 'togs dryer', from all the different workout areas (with incredible equipment in every one) to the lap pool and sauna, from the group classes to the outdoor cross-fit space.
I don't live in the area, but had to spend three days there. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, even to a casual visitor like me. Thanks Mark, Rosie, Dane and all the others who made me feel welcome and who's names I didn't get). I ended up spending most hours of my three days in Penrith at Atmospere, going from group classes to gym workouts to swims to saunas. Absolutely loved it. Thanks for having me:)

Awesome people, lots of machines in good condition to workout, friendly staffs and a very clean and healthy environment and many more facilities in just one place. Most of all, I rate this place 5 star and fully recommend it.

Not recommended, extremely over priced for what you get, yes fancy equipment and facility but it stops there. Staff are rude and not willing to help if you don’t understand how to use a machine, they take your money and avoid you like the plaque once you have signed the contract. Once my contract was up I was out of there and have gone to a much better gym in Penrith that are friendly and actually want to help.

Beautiful place to exercise. Spacious, modern, good customer service. They do offer plenty of different classes, yoga and pilaties. Only down side is that you have to subscribe for a year or two 0lus joining fee unless they have an offer to wave the joining fee.

Shout out to Atmosphere for allowing First Responders to train for free while waiting for the Fitness Passport to catch up. I don't know of any other gym where I can warm up with some laps, cardio in the functional fitness area, free weights and pin loaded then warm down with a row! Thanks guys.

I will never step foot in this gym again. I was told today that I owed membership from 2 years ago. Then they wanted to charge me more to be able to use my fitness passport. They don't really care about the well being of members. It's just another business. Very upset about the way I was treated.

Amazing facility with plenty of classes and equipment. The atmosphere is great and everyone using the gym is friendly. Unfortunately, I’m giving a negative review as I had asked for my contract to not be renewed with a staff member and followed the required procedures, however I noticed after that my contract (which I assumed had ended) had been rolled over without any notice and hundred of dollars had been withdrawn from my account. I contacted the accounts department on numerous occasions and explained this to them and asked if they could please return the funds that were withdrawn without my permission, however they never did anything about it and I was never referred / contacted by management over the issue. It is very disappointing as I did enjoy my time there but I have lost so much money for nothing and it’s really not worth it.

Love love love this health and fitness club. It has something for everyone. The facilities are immaculately clean, staff always friendly and the equipment is well maintained. So happy I have found Atmosphere gym.

Atmosphere has everything you could possibly want for the whole family. There is a place for everyone - from swim classes, daycare, kids activities club to a wide range of fitness class options and timetables. Convenient parking and a healthy cafe on-site.

The centre is immaculate. There’s so much space for training and workouts on high tech equipment. Friendly with a strong workout environment. The staff provide exceptional ongoing support in helping achieve fitness goals. This health and fitness club stands out above all!

Since Joining Atmosphere my body has seen huge changes with so many exercise machines to choose from. The staff are so friendly and helpful with excellent knowledge on all aspects of exercising. I was reluctant to try a gym but certainly more than happy that i found Atmosphere because i have never felt intimidated and walk out feeling great. I now have a personal trainer who guides me thru each session and she sure knows her stuff.

Best gym environment I've ever experienced. Lots of space, countless and varied forms of exercise equipment, lots of staff always available to help, encourage and educate, luxurious bathroom facilities, always keeping up to date with the latest fitness research and trends. Very easy-going atmosphere with great music played to motivate you.
This gym has inspired me to get serious about my fitness and my goals.

The hardest part is choosing which class to do, there are so many to choose from. I'm not a big fan of running on a treadmill, so being able to try a variety of different classes and do as many as you want that are all included in your membership is a big plus from me.
