Atmosphere Health & Fitness Club

A great venue with great staff. All staff seem genuine, no forced smiles here, who really try to help. The facilities are first class and the equipment is well maintained. The only negatives for me so far? Most lockers, but not all, are functional in the men's change room. Also, this gym is not 24 hrs. But that is all the negatives I have found so far. I recommend.

If your lucky enough to get in Suzie or Steve's classes you'll be fine

Off course I was embarrassed rather than upset but never seemed to be rectified other than a sign
An invite to join in, couple of minutes chat with the great coach or similar may have been a progressive approach Basic human and community values redirecting then enhancing the atmosphere that had been unnecessarily created
Numerous opportunities to sit down and go over things but as above
Not even sure who I'm speaking with now
But if you check back and recall from the start I mentioned own clients were training at atmosphere and was happy to not engage to save any confusion or issues
I even asked about socials and management had said not an issue yet via dm that decision was reversed due to policies
Makes sense just odd management didn't know about it
Again this was not an issue and respected on my part
Please save your time and put it back into what has the potential to be Penriths best gym

Atmosphere is definitely the best gym
I have been with them for many many years now
I had to go to other places due to work and family but I’m back with Atmosphere and I’m feeling amazing
I highly recommend for all young and mature
This place has it all xxxx

I’ve been training with Paul Smith for the past two weeks to get more flexibility and movement in my shoulders
In this time I have found Paul amazing with his knowledge & techniques wish I’d found him years ago

I’ve been a member for close to 4 years now, I love the place, it has helped me immensely, especially the inspirational trainer Mark Powell, this guy is an absolute weapon and legend!

Best gym in Sydney. Facilities are amazing and the instructors are highly skilled and dedicated to help you achieve your own fitness goals. No cookie-cutter approaches to training. Really helpful and supportive environment, regardless of your fitness level.

The facilities are amazing and the membership consultant Ann was better. Amazing service and im looking forward to my first off many workouts

Appreciate the friendly faces of the staff and their interest in your goals- especially Anne who always greets me with a smile and friendly face. It's more appreciated than you can imagine especially on those not so good days.

The best gym over gone to so far! There are so many equipments to choose from and it’s never busy. There are also so many classes to choose from and it’s always so clean in there.
There is one Indian lady at the front desk who isn’t very friendly however all the other staff are super welcoming and seems like they like working there!
Would highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed in the gym I’ve spoken to the staff many times to fix the broken toilet seats and the broken shower heads and they still lack to fix them It’s very disappointing when you spend $50 a fortnight. And the gym don’t fix these plumbing items.
And the sauna spoon is broken in half

This facility is brilliant; clean, organised and incredibly friendly! Steve is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable and ensures your workouts are differentiated to your abilities. His professionalism and caring attitude helps you to feel motivated and supported. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing gym, a great space you want to be in with outstanding equipment and facilities. The team are always helpful and engaging. I recently re-signed up to the month 2 month membership which was super easy. All the information needed is on the website, I was able to do it all online and pick up my new access key same day.

Signed up today with Anne, Anne was so helpful, amazing to talk to and just fun to be around. George was also there and was also so helpful! Thanks so much guy! I look forward to using Atmosphere!

Excellent gym and pardon the pun "atmosphere". It's great having a pool, Sauna and typical gym gear in one location.

It can get busy during peak hours (5am-8am, 4am-7am) weekdays but outside of that good range of gear available.

I can not recommend the crèche at atmosphere gym enough. My kids ask to go regularly because they love it so much. The ladies are so kind and professional and the vibe is just amazing! They are accepting of kids of all abilities- one of mine has special needs and they are fantastic with him. Nothing is a problem. It makes going to the gym so much easier when you know your kids are having a ball.

Great gym - all the bells and whistles under one roof. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean.

There is nothing quite like this place. The gym is filled with top of the line equipment and the staff (Reception, Instructors & PT's) are super friendly. I enjoy the challenge of the Bodyfit classes and the peace of their Yoga classes.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and most of all encouraging. There are so many classes that you can do and the gym is fantastic.

Attending for 3 years, fabulous facilities, gym equipment, class variety, pool and sauna, absolutely everything you could want.
Works for me.
