I would like to share my fabulous experience and service that was provided by Aspire Floors especially during COVID-19 times. We have decided to change carpet flooring in our flat for floorboards, and as per strata request we had to comply with multiple paperwork in order to get an approval to go ahead with the works. Early in March we for the first time walked into Aspire Floors showroom in Waterloo and the service we received was great. Dominic took time to explain to us what flooring choice would be best to fit into our flat as well as how we can meet the strata requirements to get an approval. Unfortunately, soon after our visit to their shop, COVID-19 lock down happened. Aspire Floors helped us during this period of time to supply us with all essential paperwork that were required by strata to get the approval. They went to extend to even provide clear description on how works will be performed during COVID-19 and actions taken to follow the law and social distancing rules. They also kindly provided us with additional floorboards and rubber that we could have an acoustic test to be performed for the strata. It took us almost 2 months to get the approval and as soon as we got it Aspire Floors was extremely efficient in getting the works done in 1-2 weeks. They even rescheduled some of their pre-bookings to get our flat prioritize, as we had to vacate our rental property and we were running short on time. The works done by the boys was very neat and they left the flat clean after the installation. The flooring looks fantastic and I can only say that I praise the Aspire Floors for the works done, patience and service received as a customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking in installing flooring. 5 stars from me & my partner - and many thanks to Dominic and Patrick to get these bountiful flooring done

The minute I walked into Aspire Flooring's showroom, I decided to use their timber as my flooring. It's not only because lots of their timber ranges just looked astonishing and fit the contemporary atmosphere in my house, but also the expertise and enthusiasm exhibited by their staff really earned my trust as a customer. Their boss Patrick is a scientist in the timber flooring industry and at the same time surprisingly patient with answering all my questions. That really helped when I had to make a decision or had an issue during the installation. Their onsite manager Dominic is also a man with both expertise and patience and was always there to react to my queries. All in all, they have the best product in the market and their customer service is also top level. If you are looking for a flooring contractor that is honest, experienced and responsible for what they do, Aspire Flooring should be your destination.

We have a 1901 workers cottage that has had many different additions using different subfloor materials overtime. The subfloors settled at different rates and the original concrete pour for the 1950s extension was extremely uneven. To say it was a bit of a mess was an understatement.

The guys at Aspire worked with us to level the floor and achieve the best possible finish for our house. We love our floors! Thanks, Aspire team.

Our experience with Aspire floors at every stage has been a great experience. We are really happy with the look and durability of our engineered floors. The flooring is made in Belgium and the range of colours and collections is superior to any other company. Aspire’s showroom is well set up with large samples to help visualise the finished product. As well as this, the pricing is the best we’ve found. We went with the Topwood collection in witmat and love the finished look.

Great service from Patrick, very knowledgeable about the all the aspects of the installation process, floorboards, underlays, glue etc. Very good job by the installers and very clean cuts around some tricky parts of the door frames.
