We have just completed a major renovation of our strata apartment. We engaged Aspire Timber Floors to replace our original carpets in the lounge/dining and hallways.
Dominic was very knowledgeable and had some very good ideas in both functionality and cost saving when he came to quote. Covid lockdown presented some challenges but Dominic was happy to work with us and other trades to ensure the new timber floors were installed on budget and in a timely manner.
The installers Jason and Nelson were very professional - neat and tidy making sure they complied with our strata access arrangements and also ensuring they cleaned common areas each night. They were also mindful of our neighbours and managing excess noise.
We agreed to the additional cost of ensuring the floor was both level and flat before installation of the Lalegno Herringbone Witmat full oak and the final result is exceptional - other tradesman working on our renovations have all taken photos and commented.
My partner and I would highly recommend Dominic and the Aspire team.

I recently had the ground floor of my townhouse plus the stairway receive a new timber flooring surface by Aspire Floors of Waterloo, NSW. From the first visit to the site until the final day of completion, Dominic Liao was so thorough and attentive to my expectations of the work that I was able to relax and trust that the outcome would be all I hoped for. Covid restrictions caused my original plan to be present in the event of questions arising, to be firmly put aside when Greater Sydney was suddenly off-limits, but I need not have worried as Dominic himself was present at every stage and kept me updated with regular phone calls and photos. The result is a beautiful floor which has been admired already by quite critical friends and associates. Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending Aspire Floors to anyone planning to upgrade their home in a high quality trouble-free manner.

My partner did first round screening and we visited short-listed suppliers together. We eventually decided to go with Aspire Floors because of their service and floor board. Seems that they are the only supplier in the market that can provide floor board with higher consistency in colour (AB grade as what they call I remember). The finish is also quite nice. Both my partner and myself are very happy with the Riesling colour Russian Oak floor in our new home now - also nice flooring for baby to crawl on.

The whole team at Aspire was fantastic to work with, from assistance in products available at the show room to the installation. All very courteous and focused. They all worked with me and quickly understood the effect I wanted to achieve, providing professional support through the whole process. Dom and his installation team were a pleasure to work with as I’m in an old apartment which presented a number of challenges not evident until the old flooring was removed. Dom quickly providing options which he and his team delivered against so as to ensure timelines were achieved. His installation team were very careful with furniture in my apartment as this all remained on site whilst they installed the flooring. I would highly recommend Aspire Flooring as they also provided a seamless delivery of services and follow up assistance through each stage of the project.

Dominic at Aspire Floors was fabulous! He explained everything, answered many questions, solved issues, provided great solutions and the end result is stunning! Aspire Floors have beautiful floorboards and the team at Aspire Floors do the job from start to finish. That’s the big difference - no work is contracted out. The floorboards we chose were Russian Oak, Loire - an absolutely gorgeous finish - long (the team also make sure each piece is as long as it can be and they are wide. Impeccable!

So excited I found this flooring! The experience has been fantastic since my first visit to their showroom. Wonderfully friendly service, a price point that matched my budget and the product looks fantastic laid! Only early days into the build being finished, but I’m hopeful the product will continue to please!

The floors look amazing and Patrick and Domenic were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. We installed the floors ourselves and Patrick agreed to provide us with free materials after without us even asking. They went above and beyond.

Truly amazing floorboards, top quality from Belgium. I chose the Rheisling which has a tinge of warmth and has the look of Scandinavian boards with minimal knots. This colour pairs well with Dulux natural white walls. Patrick has so much passion and knowledge right down to installation. It's been a year since I last communicated with him as I needed a few extra boards and he still delivers it with efficiency. Highly recommended!

Good customer service is a rarity these days but Aspire do it just right. Dominic and Patrick could not have been more helpful with choices, bringing me larger samples and answering my queries.
