Katherine is an incredibly talented artist who shares her extensive knowledge in small classes in an beautiful studio in the heart of north head np. Theres is no doubt attending the sculpture class every week has opened my world to so many possibilities and skills. I highly recommend @manly sculpture school.

I’m a life model and I had the amazing opportunity to pose for Manly Sculpture School! The area where is situated is so peaceful immersed in the green and surrounded by the sea, the studio with its art and plants bring very inspiring vibes. Kat is wonderful, full of energy, very friendly, an excellent teacher that care for her students with different levels of knowledge, encouraging and welcoming everyone.
In this frenetic time is also a way to break the routine, get rid of stress, have a drink, listen some good music and meet beautiful creative souls!

Recently I came across Manly Sculpture School tucked away near North Head.
Catherine the teacher was there and graciously showed me around.
I decided to try my hand and chose the live model-once a week class.
At first I thought how can I do this? But Catherine is such a good teacher: she knew how to get me moving if I was stuck and when to leave me alone. So I took off, created my sculpture and surprised myself.
Three hours had passed—such absorption and such fun.

This is absolutely the place. A gorgeous natural location on Sydney's North Head in the Arts Precinct, just up the road from iconic Manly, the location is inspiring simply by itself… but together with laughter, music, philosophy, great tuition and all things sculpture – you can’t help but be inspired and grow. And it comes with the occasional inspiring visit from a Kookaburra, Blue Tongue or Echidna

Katherine has created such an inspiring and cultivating space to help bring your inner artist or blocked artist out. A highly accomplished and awarded artist, she is very generous in sharing her skills, insights and experience.

I travel past two art sculpture centres to go there as Manly Sculpture School truly embodies sculpture and inspires you to produce art.

I could not recommend it highly enough for you.or as a group activity or as a special gift for someone you love. A must do experience.

Fantastic cozy studio with guided tutoring for sculpture and life drawing classes. Everyone has a smile and you'll leave feeling like you accomplished something.

My daughter and I just love the Saturday class with Katherine. Katherine is not only an amazingly talented artist but a gifted teacher. She shares her artistic tips when needed and lets you progress at your pace. No judgement. A relaxed and very cool venue. And the most fun for your buck!

Loved my time here! I went from never having worked with clay or sculpted before to jumping into a session, having a go and coming out with something I was pretty proud of. The classes are relaxed with a good atmosphere and Katherine is a great teacher, encouraging and giving tips and advice as you go. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. As a 40 something year old yearning for a new creative experience I signed up for a 10 week class having never done any sculpture work before. Kat was a fantastic teacher. She was kind, encouraging, and gently guided my project from a lump of clay on a stick to a final piece that I am proud of. I'm hooked and will be coming back for more.

Run by the highly talented sculptor Katherine, this sculpture school is tucked away in north head’s lesser known artist precinct, which is a must-see. Loved spending the afternoon / evening learning to sculpt in a relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
