Didn't know what to expect really and was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable my sister and I felt throughout the whole experience. All the ladies were so lovely, from the receptionist explaining how it all worked and the ladies who gave our treatment. My body felt so rejuvenated and relaxed.will definitely be making this a monthly routine. Recommend it for all ladies, it's a must!

Unpleasant experience. They say that you can stay up to 3hrs, however, we finished within an hour and I was forced to leave straight after the treatment. I couldn’t stay longer and enjoy the steam room as I wanted. The dry sauna was out of order. The hot pool wasn’t hot, it was barely warm. The hygiene is very poor. Will not come back and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and know what they are doing, accommodating and helpful, very relaxing experience, today it was my third time and I already booked for April end.

Really sweet place. It’s not too large, so you don’t feel too self conscious if you walk naked between the hot or cold pools or steam room or dry sauna. My therapist was Minnie/Mennie and she was just lovely, she didn’t make me feel self-conscious about my ugly cracked heels at all. I found the receptionist also very friendly- maybe she’s new (refer to prior reviews that mention a sour receptionist). Would definitely go at leat 2-3 times a year if I lived closer - good scrub.

I really enjoyed the experience at this spa. The scrub and massage were wonderfully thorough. The hot pool and the steam room were very therapeutic as well. What I loved most was the communal bathing experience and the camaraderie amongst the other patrons. Everyone just relaxing around and chatting as we waited for our treatments. It was perfect!

An amazing morning spent here! It was my first Korean experience. Fantastic massage and full body exfoliation. Was the perfect way to relax and felt very comfortable there. The sauna, spa and steam room was a perfect collaboration with the amazing massage to. Feeling very relaxed and skin feels amazing!

The three stars are for the spa attendants. They are nice and do their best to help you relax. The receptionist (Lily) on the other hand is very disappointing, she is very rude and argumentative. I just wish she can talk to the customers in calm manner besides we go there to relax and not to argue.

This place will make you forget you are actually in Sydney and not in Japan/Korea. Had a great time relaxing in the hot soak, steam room and sauna. The body scrub by the ladies was my best experience so far, they were merciless in making sure all the dead skin was gone from my body leaving me with baby like soft skin. The place is not big, but its well set out to provide enough space for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. I am very glad to have decided to finally experience a korean bathhouse (after watching way too many kdrama) and let's just say this will not be the last time for me.
