Absolutely terrible in everyway, poor poor poor. I wish there was a way i could rate zero stars or even less. The amount of damaged orders or orders that simply dont get delivered is astounding, literally everytime. I strongly advise not to use this company ever, even if it means contacting rhe seller. I have spoken on the phone to Big W and other companies that use this service and they all say the same the i am now. TRASH.

I have been dealing with the coffs harbour Aramex team for quite some time and find them to be helpfull and very good at what they do. Claudia the driver who picks our parcels up is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with.

Debbie has been the best courier we have had. She remembers our names and is always friendly. The parcels are always given to us personally or if we are not at home put into a safe place along with a message that it has arrived. The packages are always handled carefully and we have had no breakages. We hope Debbie will be able to deliver our packages for a long time yet.

I regularly use Aramex as our local courier for my online business. We get many comments about how fast our shipping and dispatch process is, and a large part of that credit goes to Don, my local courier!
