Received phone call. Parcel weighty so not sent via Australia Post as Amazon items are.we are rural. Collected.no problem. Pleasant conversation with Steve.great service. Premises easy to access and find.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would the driver that comes to Bellingen always does the right thing and makes things so easy for me as I am disabled thankyou very much

The parcel I had been waiting all day for arrived at 5.30pm today to the wrong address.
The time didn't worry me but when my address is clearly visible in big bold black letters and numbers and your driver still gets it wrong.
Luckily an honest person had come and returned my package to me.

I have been trying and trying to get a parcel delivered for weeks. It’s quite valuable. There was an attempted delivery several weeks ago but I did not receive any notification that a parcel might be coming that day. A card was left and then my nightmare began. I have rung customer service so many times and they tell me the same thing, that they noted an ‘urgent delivery’ and it will be delivered in two to three days. I have emailed and received auto responses. I’m really at my wits end and don’t know what else I can do. My next step will be to complain to the vendor

My mattress left Melbourne for Coffs two weeks ago and has been lost ever since - I don't leave reviews but no one will answer what is happening via phone or parcel enquiry.

This is the best freight service ten days from Thailand to country Australia delivered on a SUNDAY, two days from Brisbane to country NSW. AusPost could learn a few things from these guys exceptional service.

I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today, according to the confirmation email claiming that it has been delivered. Despite this, said parcel WAS NOT delivered.
Shame, since this is the first time it's happened. Would've given 5 stars otherwise.

Aramex is a major let down on the Mid North Coast.
Always processing parcels that they then "cannot deliver to your area sorry, we will leave it at this location for you" this is appalling service.
I made a purchase on the 14th and on the 18th my parcel is still sitting at depot not being processed.

Lovely, helpful, knowledgeable staff helped me with a query about a late package. The package was running late and hadn't yet reached Aramex's Coffs station, but when it did reach them Aramex made sure the package arrived to me on time by prioritising it and keeping me updated on its progress. Package arrived in time thanks to their diligence and helpfulness. Can't recommend enough - thank you!

Worst delivery policies of all companies servicing the Coffs Harbour region. Only company that can't deliver to our address. Miraculously every other company can.

Pleasure to deal with Debbie she delivers at the same time everyday which makes it easier and packages are never damaged
