New patient Video Consult with Dr Victoria Frostis which exceeding all my hopes in finally getting the healthcare I want & need. Such a lovely warm manner & I felt very at ease which was a weight off my mind as I never felt that with my previous Medical Centre, I finally feel like I will be in good hands. Thank you Appletree Family Practice for recommending such a wonderful GP.

Prior to using this service, I attended the old surgery (with Dr. Longbottom) for at least 20 years. I changed to Dr. Mark Mills about 2 years before the move. Dr. Longbottom was a great Dr.

While Dr. Mills is a good Dr, I do not agree with the mask policy.

Apart from my appointment for other reasons, I sought for a Stat Dec to be completed for mask exemption. This wasn't done.

I felt the same respect that I have given over all these years, was not shown to me!

I have COPD and suffer from breathing difficulties if I need/try to wear a mask (often reaching for Ventolin). This causes anxiety.

People without breathing issues do not understand.

Masks do NOT protect you and can cause cancer. Besides, I have seen people just throw them in the middle of the street without a care.

Perhaps a Driver's Licence type card can be made: this would be very beneficial?

WHY ISN'T THERE MORE DONE ABOUT MASK EXEMPTION CARDS?

Had iron infusion hear well looked after by nurses and keeped checking to see if I was alright well recommended.

Appletree Family Practice has implemented video conferencing so patients, like myself can be safe and still receive quality health care during lockdown. I discussed a range of topics with my GP and those things needing attention, e.g scripts, my health plan, were dealt with seemlessly. The process was efficient and very easy to take part in.

Excellent experience, today receiving my 2nd Covid vaccination of Astra Zeneca. Went really well with lots of care given to me. A very good family Doctors Surgery.

Really frustrating trying to get to see a doctor at this practice. Never any spare spots available when you need it most.
My husbands GP left the practice last week and there has been no effort by the practice to notify and advise of available GP to see now. Nothing done to save clients at all.

They were amazing. I was unable to attend as had been in a hotspot but they organised a telehealth call and quickly considering how busy they are. Been going to this practice for years and would not change a thing. Thank you Everyone

I've mostly just seen whichever doctor is available at a time I can go and they are all so lovely, efficient and open.
I have currently started to see Dr Victoria Frostis and she is lovely. I often have my daughter with me and she is amazing at engaging her while talking to me at the same time.

IGot my 2nd Covid vac. I found it easy and quick and they gave me information on how I can get proof of my van's if needed

As a mother of two young kids, I need good Doctors to act professionally and quickly. Dr Frostis and Dr Walsh have been really nice people as well as good doctors and given the kids the right treatment once they’ve needed it.

Lovely staff, organised practice. Adam wisely has been the best doctor I've ever come across, very sad to say goodbye to him but feel confident I will find another wonderful doctor at AppleTree.

I have had the medical care from Appletree Family Practice for about 27 years now as has my wife, and in earlier years our children. The care from the GP's (of which there are many) and the practice nurses has always been excellent. I would recommend this medical practice highly for anyone seeking a permanent GP cobined with excellent and caring nursing staff plus welcoming and efficient admin staff.

Nursing staff are very friendly and efficient, reception staff don’t seem to know what they are doing and can be quite abrupt
