Simon at Apple Store Miranda managed to bring myself and my laptop back from the brink dispair and saved me years of work. Fantastic service!

Went in today to buy an iPhone. There was a group of customers congregating out the front as store was only doing click and collect. Myself and another customer were trying to order the product online and collect in the store (because they would not let us just buy it from the store). We both had issues with the Apple website not allowing us to select Miranda as the pick up location. It was Broadway by default and we could not change it. One of the staff selected downloading the app and it worked that way. Still it took me about an hour in total. I went to my car and then came back for help. Most of the staff offered some help. However I know nothing about phones and wanted more assistance. The main reason for one star though is because one staff meme we was very rude to me and she refused to assist me while using my phone to place an order. She just said that others have done it and it works fine. I got frustrated and she said she did not appreciate my attitude. She had really really poor customer service skills. Apple have a great product so I put up with it for today. However she was so rude and unhelpful that I will never again set foot in that store again after I collect my phone today.

After many attempts to get my phone fixed here, I realised its the luck of the draw, it all depends on the staff member you get, on my third attempt I was luck to be served by two amazing staff member that were very helpful. Ivy and Matt. They rendered every assistance in providing me the best service possible. I was told to wait an hour to see a technician after I had already been scheduled in for a repair. At which point I was quite sceptical, however it all worked out when I walked out with a new phone after all diagnostics were complete. Very thankful for these two staff members. Ask for them personally when u go in.

Went in again and received exceptional customer service from Marky. He was able to swiftly provide me with an iPad Pro, despite some online order complications.

Once again, walking away satisfied, exceptional customer service from Sacha and Aaron. Ones to be asked for if you would like a friendly and helpful team member. Even helped us after closing. Hopefully management can recognise their talents.

We Recently purchased a new Apple iPhone. The staff were very co-operative & knowledgeable & only too happy to assist with our queries & requests. Staff member Mack provided us with excellent & friendly service - showing great patience to a couple of elderly ladies - thank you.

I’ve visited a few times with hardware issues and the customer service has always been fantastic. The staff are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Repairs had reasonably quick turnaround times. Be sure to make an appointment before visiting to avoid disappointment. The store is popular, just like their products, and so queues and wait times can sometimes be frustrating. 5 star customer service.

Very rude manger “tall dark hair woman” no customer service skills rude arrogant. Customers go by accessories else were Miranda Westfields has plenty of accessory stores available.

I had issues with my AirPods, I booked an appointment and I came to my appointment on time. After sitting there for 30 MINUTES without anyone helping me I had to go and ask one of the apple ‘geniuses’ who were just standing around talking to book me a new appointment for another day because I didn’t have time to just sit there to be ignored and I had to go to work. Thank you for wasting my time this morning for nothing. If you’re not going to make technology that lasts, be efficient in helping people to fix it.

You have to be patient because they are busy. Unfortunately, It takes a lot of time.

This shop has no respect for anyone who runs a small business. I have now wasted 3 days of my life to get an iPad that is still under warranty replaced. I have been told completely different things by all the employees every time I go and no matter how much you tell them, they never ever do the right thing by me. If this review simply stops one person from giving such an evil company and store money, I will hopefully have made a difference. Remember before purchasing any Apple product that they will always try to convince you that it’s your problem and that you just need to upgrade. I have now been forced to wait 2 weeks to go in And pickup a replacement iPad and they couldn’t care less that my business will now suffer hugely. I have never had such a bad experience in any store in my entire life. It has given me severe mental health issues and even after telling staff this effect, they still just do what they are told and will never make an exception to help anyone. Apple were once an amazing Company that would never have put anyone through this. It’s very clear now how little customer service is in their priorities. I will never ever buy Apple products again after this day.

Few issues with the service techs just doin things the way I wouldn’t do things

Apple staff made a great deal to encourage recycle your old phone, when I came back to the store with my old phones and waited in line, only for them to tell me “you will need an appointment and come back later” Gone are the days of quality in customer service. Window shopping is dead. Now it’s about serving people as quickly as possible. Unless you are a paying customer they don’t think to much of you. Bought a iPhone 12 on Monday, Tuesday came to trade in old phone. Amazing how you get treated after you spend the money. If you offer a service don’t tell people to go away if it is too difficult. At least tell people that you have to make an appointment for that service rather than make them wait in line for ages. Disappointed. Just for the record their website offered me 105$ for my iPhone 7 based on serial number. Sold mine to one of those venders in the middle of the mall for $130. I value customer service and knowing how they treated me afterwards I should of got a Samsung. I’m worried about how they will help me if I have any issues with my new iphone

I visited the Apple Store at Westfield Mirranda at 5: 15pm today, 3 Jan 2020 without any appointment. Shafir, one of Apple team crew, was super friendly, smiley and helpful. Firstly, he approached me while I looked so confused in front of the store. After knowing that I would like to try on the new Apple watch series 6, he kept checking with the store manager if I could get in. I highly rated Shafir because another lady approached me and said I had to make an appointment tomorrow given the store has a policy of limited people in store. Also, he asked what watch I would like to go for and picked all I like and he was very patient when he was observing me and helping me to try on the watches. I was indecisive what to choose what I should buy among 3 options. Finally I had one in mind and was ready to pay but surprisingly he knew what I would go for! Though a few troubles with my card, Shafir truly proved a genuinely great customer service. Thank you

I visited this store recently to purchase my new iPhone 12 and was blown away by the service i got from a lady named Dee (short, light coloured hair). Not only was she super friendly and informative, she also helped me find a protective case and screen saver for my new phone! Thank god she did, because i accidentally dropped my phone the other day! Without that case and screen saver my screen would 100% have been smashed!
Next time you're at Apple Miranda make sure you ask for Dee. She's the best!

Very touch COVID policy and requirements. Make sure to bring a mask although they supply some if you forgot yours and you get a personalised your of the things that you are looking for. Staff is extremely friendly and customer service is top notch.

Visited Miranda Store yesterday. Pathetic Service. Staff doesn't want to give any details. They just want to take the money. Looks like they have no time to explain any aspect of the product. When asked, staff got angry and very rude. Worst behaviour I have everseen.

People are friendly and the acoustics in the space make it easy to hear people when speaking despite the store being quite busy. The only downfall is that sometimes it is hard to get an appointment at the Genius Bar when you need it. Besides this, the staff are happy to replace items if that fall within the warranty period. I’ve had at least three iPhone replacements without it being a hassle.

Great service.there is a buzz about this place. Never had to visit an apple store before as I bought them online. Booked a time and visited to get my iPad keyboard checked and the attendant looked and ordered a new one which arrived within two days. If you have issues with apple products.drop in.they will look after you.

I asked to purchase an iPhone 7 and enquired about the price. Ive been dismissed in 3 seconds with the suggestion to go and buy it online and with no interest in showing me the product or price.very disappointing. I asked if I should go and buy it elsewhere and the answer was to do what I prefer.

It's no wonder people switch to Samsung. Apple are incredibly money hungry.wanting to charge $800 to replace a phone after being told that it would be $150 max. Disappointing service they really couldn't give a stuff about their loyal customers
