Bonnie - fantastic service, extremely friendly, very knowledgeable.
Me and my partner came in here today. It was a little busy, so we didn't mind the wait. We got serviced by bonnie. She was very friendly and kept us entertained while helping us out with all of our questions and needs. The wait was well worth it for her customer service. Help us all the way to the end.
I want to give a massive thank you to bonnie and her amazing spirit and for her patience.
She is incredible and absolutely fantastic at her job!
Just because of her, we will definitely be back!

Went today to buy an Apple Watch, was told to come back in 45 minutes which I did. My partner and I waited and checked in and wasn’t approached by anyone for 20 minutes despite at least 5 staff members standing around talking to each other. Ended up walking out and going to JBHIFI where I received great customer service. Clearly Apple didn’t want the sale.

I was asked to take a seat and wait a few minutes. Not a problem. Then a guy approached, he did say his name, he asked me what my problems was with my iPad, after it had already been logged. I told him and he proceeded to be very patronising when explaining functions I already knew and said so, he got rather stroppy telling that I didn’t have an apple problem. The entire time he stood over me leaning on the table with one arm.
I consider this sort of customer service approach very rude.
Would not recommend this store if you are a mature person like myself.

Then I was shown alpine loop instead (I only realised this later when I got the watch from my telco, and upon opening saw the different loop there)

Staff are not helpfull at all. I wanted to shift from android and they do not care and no one attended my query. I saw three everyone referred me to another staff. Im staying android.

Made an appointment due to my iMac needing Genius Bar Work. Was attended to promptly and received my iMac back within a few days. Efficient and professional service from time of drop-off to time of pick-up. Thank you!

3 weeks later.
After the initial excitement that my 27" iMac could be repaired, it malfunctioned again with green square shapes appearing randomly on the screen and the noisy fan going full blast.
The 27" has been discontinued. Very disappointed that such and expensive machine could be obsolete within 3 to 8 years. I shall take it elsewhere for repair in the hope it will last a few years longer. My old Macbook lasted about 12 years.
The 'mountain' of e-waste is getting too high!

I got scammed while buying an iPhone off of Facebook marketplace which had an ingenuine screen and the front camera was broken so I’d been into the store a few times for advice and making an appointment. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. When I went in for my appointment to get it fixed, I was told I was going to have to pay the same amount I’d already spent on the phone and was devastated as I could have bought a brand new one for less money. The staff member who helped me, Georgia, went and spoke to the manager and came back and told me they felt bad for me so they weren’t going to charge me for the camera replacement (still paying for the screen) and I was so grateful. I don’t make a lot of money so this was a massive help. The phone works perfectly now! So a big thank you to Georgia, the manager, the other staff who I spoke with, and the nice man who came and spoke with me while I was waiting.
Worst customer service ever. Had a product that failed within under 6 months and wasted an hour of my life just trying to get a replacement - which is a legal right. So many hoops to jump through which seemed to be trying to make it harder. They had stock of the item on the shelves but initially asked for me to come back in 2-3 days to collect - when I asked for a refund she did give me a new unit of the shelf. Overall the final person I spoke with was the best (if I had spoken with her first it would have been a higher score) but the first two made me want to switch brands
Would not recommend anyone to visit this store. Staffs were not friendly and were just ignoring rather than addressing while they were just chatting. Had to wait 3 hours for a battery replacement when they said it would only take an hour.
I had an issue with my speakers being distorted, Shaun was amazing in helping me sort this out, not requiring any pay and overall being super friendly.

Very polished, as are all Apple stores but during the busy season around Christmas you can wait a while to get somebody to serve you
Worst and poor customer service
Came at 1330
Waiting time 40 min. They booked an appointment at 1900.
Still waited 24 minutes.
I am very thankful for Rumi, Apple shop assistant at Miranda. She is very polite, positive, and focused on customer and explained very well everything. I knew what I wanted to buy and she gave me more information about it. Definitely recommend her to get very good service. Thank you, Rumi.
I had a good experience with getting my phone repaired under warranty. The tech support lady was very sceptical of my problem but on so showed and she agreed that it was a defect. It was promptly fixed. The store does get busy and sometimes it is hard to get some service to buy products.
I dislike anything starting with i in terms of electronics. Apple is great at marketing but ease of use for their devices have a lot to be desired.
Mike was exceptionally helpful and gave a lot of time and advice so we could make educated decisions on the products we needed.
