27 Well, If you are one of the biggest bank in australia, you should know how to properly train your staff because they are a joke here.
No greeting, Can’t help people and we leave with same problem. There is a reason why people go to a bank when they can’t help themself with online banking. I believe other branch is doing better than them but again if the management don’t really look in to customers feedback, one day they will regret it
The clerks who service me is very kind & friendly. I'm very lucky to meet them. Thanks a lot. (By a backpacker who was in panic that time)

Hate ANZ so much. This biggest branch in Sydney is a joke. Their ATM Machine is always broken this morning! WTFFFF Let people to count tons of coins for fun? !
The only reason I am giving 5 star for this branch is because of an exceptional customer service by one of the officers called Mable Yang. She is very helpful and values the customers. Thank you Mable
One of the worst branch of anz, been there twice physically to request a replacement debit card, which never made it to my home with in one month. Finally got stuck when came to pick up one rented car, tried to take train back to work. And.cldnt even top up my opal card for their awful service.
Worst Anz I have ever been to. No service I would rather drag my balls over a cheese grater then go there again.
