27 Opens after and closes before most people start and finish work. Lock up one of the smart ATMs so it is unusable after the branch closes.

One of the staff, Stephanie, gave me the clear answer for my question with a professional and friendly manner.
The customer service its make me upset today at 3.30pm.with the lady who welcomes at the front. I asked for help about my expired debit card. It will expire at the end of August. I have changed the address since last month because i moved the house. Normally my card should be arrived in the third week before my card is expiring but I didn’t get yet. That’s why i came in the bank. The lady helped for checking my card with another staff and brought it back to me but didn’t say anything. She should tell me about the reasons why I didn’t get card yet.
Then i asked “It’s done? Sorry”
She said “Yes, it should be arrived with in 6-12 business days you have to wait”
It’s okay to start for waiting again. I understand about process. But I deserve to get about the reasons, what’s the problem why I didn’t get my renew card yet. The lady should explained to me more kindly.
Hopefully, it won’t be happen with another customer like this.

Short staffed at lunch time. Surprise surprise.
I was told I didn't need to make an appointment for a bank transfer, only to come at the same time, and told a 40 minute wait.
They are not even help, they just kicked me to other departments? Try to let me go. This is their system issue I mean I may have idea to transfer other bank such as Commonwealth or westpac.
After my experience today I will be closing my account with ANZ due to their lack of customer service and their store manager Tongs attitude, ANZ continue to demonstrate their incompetence
Before I travel, I called customer service, and set up the travel date.abd they still charging me the account fee also interest fee (I just found out after 3 months). I set on my travel date again on thier web site but they still charging me. Until I am back to Sydney, they told me they could not wave this fee. SO I paid them 20.49$ and closed all the account with them.
我去年11月底出國,事先打電話給他們說我要出國旅遊要他們不要收帳管費,三個月之後我打開帳戶發現他們收了,之後我又在網銀上設定我的旅遊時間,他們還是收了還有利息,回來我告知整個過程,但他們依舊堅持不免掉這個費用,完全沒有人情味以及不合理,所以我直接付了20.49$把和這個銀行的帳戶都關了!

2 tellers, 1 commercial and 1 retail. No indication what is where. Waited for over 40 mins but I was the only one lining up at the time

DO NOT bother going here unless you speak Cantonese or mandarin. Staff are not interested in helping you. Been a customer of Anz for 21 years and made three appointments for a mortgage broker and never got a call back. I guess they don’t want the business.
Very bad experience whenever go there for deposit money on weekends, can’t deposit in ATM. Then nothing to do because no machine near the whole central station area. Disappointed every time. I know Boone will take action on this review but still hope someone will take action and make some more ATM deposit
I went to change coins and the Chinese female employee there shouted, "I didn't understand what I was saying. " That's very rude and unkind.

Wanted to give 1.5 as the first call to nz was fine but the 2nd to phillippines was a waste if time. Their reception was horrific and the lady basically hung up. I've been with ANZ since I was a child. Not happy.
They will only look after you if you're an Asian. I was discriminated and treated like a foreigner and the staff at the front thought I was going to rob the bank. With something so simple as getting a copy of my home loan, They made it incredibly difficult.
Staff are not trained in customer service and cannot speak english.
We in the fictitious Chinatown, but not in China.
Treat your customers with a little respect. I will be moving my accounts including home loan from this bank due to the poor service from their flagship branch.
