They took our property on after another real estate failed to carry out inspections and the house was left with $10,000’s worth of damage.
Andriessen’s evicted the tenants within a week and supported us with the tribunal process although another real estate hasd caused the problems. They could not of been more supportive, professional, and respectful in regard to every bit of advice and action we had to take against the tenants and the other real estate.

We are grateful for Craig Andriessen's untiring and highly professional efforts in managing the restoration and refitting of our takeaway food shop after it was gutted by fire, at Cardiff. He went beyond the call of duty in sourcing and purchasing specialised equipment and fittings from as far away as Sydney. Craig also spent many unpaid hours in order to help re-establish the business on behalf of our tenant, a refugee whose limited English created additional but very real problems. He liaised with council to iron out difficulties arising from new and increasingly complex bylaws covering food preparation facilities. Craig's selflessness should qualify him for nomination as a local hero in the next Australia Day Awards. Craig Andriessen was professional easy to talk to at any time and kept us up to date on the sale of our home. We had multiple inspections with the sign and the sale on the websites with in a few hours. We had offers with in the week and sold within 9days of it being on the market. There was no pushing or wanting it a certain way it was all left up to us and how we wanted to sell our home I like others who we had felt were rude and pushing for what they wanted out of the sale not us.

Would not recommend. Made an offer on a property. Was told the vendor would never accept an offer that low. 8 weeks later it's for sale 10k cheaper than my offer. Thats what you get for not considering all offers.

Worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unethical and unprofessional behaviour - as an investment purchaser I was shocked that they would consider gazumping a buyer to be ok, and that they seemed pleased with themselves about it. Definitely don't negotiate a purchase with this crowd, they will show you no respect.
