Great service and fantastic range of carpets. Installation was fast, neat and precise. I would highly recommend Anthony and the team to anybody looking for floor coverings.

Andersen’s laid both carpet and vinyl planks in my newly purchased home. They came to the house with samples so I could see how it looked in my place. They allowed me to make up my own mind and I was not pressured into purchasing their product. After doing some research I found that the products offered by Andersen’s was top quality. Their price was very competitive with the other quotes I obtained.

Now that the flooring is down I’m pleased to say it looks fantastic and is commented on by all my visitors.
I am very happy with the service I received from the sales people and the people who did the laying of the carpet and vinyl planks.

We had Anthony the sale consultant come in to look at our mess after a pipe burst and flooded our house. He matched the carpet and was very professional. Then we had Dave who laid the carpet. He was unbelievably professional, nothing was a problem and it was raining but that didn't bother him. As far as the job goes he did an amazing job. All kicked in nicely. I have been very happy with Andersens service. Melissa was particularly attentive and thorough. Her advice with colour choice was most appreciated.

We had our top quality carpet laid a few years ago and had an ongoing problem in our bedroom doorway. After many attempts by the carpet layer to fix the issue we gave up and decided to live with it.
However, the problem only worsened and we finally rang knowing Andersens was under new management. The new manager Melissa called us back the same day we left a message and arranged to promptly have a look at our carpet.
The following day she had her carpet layer David call us and he arrived that afternoon and to our surprise he fixed the issue.
We had lost all faith in Andersens, but can now sincerely recommend this company under its new management.
