Amber Tiles Liverpool

Mike was an absolute champion to deal with at Amber Liverpool. Listened to what we wanted, made alternative suggestions, gave good advice and even demonstrated how it to assemble the blocks out the back. Would return for sure

Over the past few months whilst building our new home we have spent thousands of dollars at Amber Tiles Liverpool, from buying expensive tiles, numerous vanity sets and many extras. Initially, the service from the owner Roger and his wife was impeccable, hence we decided to continue shopping there; however that did not last long when an issue arised later on. Instead of acknowledging the mistake that he (Roger) made when placing our tile order both Roger and his wife (Marleen) blamed the mistake on us. *As quoted by Marleen "Roger does not make mistakes, its your fault so you will have to pay the extra fees".
They did not want to acknowledge or understand the customers point of view, their once excellent customer service turned sour when they started behaving rudely thus would not return my phone calls and I would have to continuously follow up with them - Note: they did not have this issue when I would call before to place more orders.

Bottom line, I have spent thousands of dollars at this Amber Tile store (Liverpool), they are only happy to serve you when you are spending money there, but as soon as a small issue arises (despite who's at fault), they do not want to take the owners of the mistake nor do they want to help resolve it. Seriously, I have spent lots of money here a few hundred dollars extra to solve the issue did not hurt me, but what hurt me was the false poor customer service, rude, fake and two faced behaviour and the fact that these owners are happy to serve you when spending money but could care less if you have an issue with their products/service.

I don't usually rate and review on anything (in fact this is my first one) but, I decided people needed to know the truth. These people are money hungry -NOT how business is run! Do not shop here, unless you want to be scammed.

Over the past 6 months we have been renovating our first home, from timber look tiles, to splash backs to bathrooms. The staff at Amber Tiles Liverpool have bent over backwards for us to ensure that we were comfortable and happy with every purchase we made. We have spent thousands of dollars with Amber and every dollar has been worth it.

Every person that has walked through our house has been amazed by how much our home has transformed. And this is all thanks to Marlane and Roger. Thank you so much for giving us your time and stylish opinions. We will definitely be coming back soon.
