Michael, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable when I first made phone contact with him about some pavers. Later when I was in the store, his professionalism was unbelievable and he did offer me a great price. I am fully satisfied with his service and enjoyed his sense of humor too. Next time, walk into the store and ask for Robert de Niro and you will not be disappointed.

Bought some retaining wall blocks and caps from them - extremely helpful and helped me out when I needed it. Drove all the way from Hornsby just to see them.

A1 products and customer service. There's alot of inferior quality products being imported these days - they may look very similar but just don't last. We chose Amber because the brand gave us some reassurance. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and helped us through every step of the way. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again.

The staff at Amber Liverpool, are simply amazing. I was helped by Hortensia, and from the get go she was extremely patient and helpful, attending to my needs, answering a lot of (silly) questions, offering opinions when I was indecisive, she was very factual and knowledgeable on products, and honestly, every time I went there she went out of her way to help me. If I liked a product from a competitor, she went above and beyond to see if she could source that from a supplier to so I could get it through Amber instead (I preferred to get everything from the one supplier). Also, Hortensia and the Amber Liverpool staff are all willing to be competitive with pricing and help you stay within your budget. For a well known tile company, I was not expecting that. A very special thanks to Hortensia for making my experience better than I expected, and I highly, highly recommend Amber Liverpool if you are thinking of or needing to purchase tiles. 10/10

I walked in to buy tiles and was greeted by Hortensia, amazing service she showed me a range of tiles that suited my style and budget, prices were very negotiable and tiles great quality especially the marble outdoor tiles. We also purchased indoor tiles and external tiles and bathware. We arrived late on Sunday afternoon and they stayed open past there closing time. Once again thank you to all the staff of Amber Liverpool! We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Wonderful place to do your one stop shop. Competitive pricing and service was brilliant. The time and effort they spent on us was way beyond our expectations.
