Terrible service - Amber refused to take back an excess tin of tile sealant, contrary to the assurance they had given my tradesperson. It was in perfectly good condition with no expiry date. I have wasted $100, after making 3 trips. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Amber says the tin was corroded. This is a straight-out falsehood. I left the tin with Amber because they said they were going to phone the manufacturer. At no stage over a period of two weeks did they claim the product or tin was in any way deficient, even when I came to collect the tin. As for "nasty" - well if stating the truth is nasty, I plead guilty

I have purchased lots of tiles, pavers and supplies from Amber in Kingsford. They have a nice range on display. Parking can be a bit tricky but there is always plenty of spots in the streets on either side of the showroom/shop. The family run business staff are super friendly and helpful and full of great knowledge and experience.
