Good: Fixed one gate properly.
Bad: Fence broke two months after 'fixing', misquoted, lack of communication (had to chase up several times), tried to charge extra based on work that was not performed. YMMV

What an amazing company, everyone i dealt with from office staff, estimator, accounts and installers were all so helpful and efficient.
I now love looking out my kitchen window at my new Permasteel fence. Thank you Amazing Fencing i will definitely recommend you to all my loved ones.

Clinton was very rude. He was not willing to answer the questions, and didn't send us the revised quote which we want more fence to be built, never came back to us.

I rang the number on the website and it went through to a fence guy who didn't know why his number was the main contact number for the website! He worked in Newcastle and only did metals fences. Very odd.

Arranged a time to meet to organise a quote, came to meet at my investment property, but he never came back to us with a formal quote and no responses to messages after numerous follow ups over 2 weeks (would’ve been an approx $4.5k job) A complete waste of time.

The quoting process was as smooth as could be considering all the neighbours involved. The reps were on time and very pleasant. When time came to do the fencing, William arrived and with great manners and an amazing work ethic attacked the job very professionally. He truely is a great worker and a credit to Amazing Fencing. When the job was done the site was immaculate and indeed between each days work everything was shipshape each night. Most impressive. Thank you Amazing.

Had a PermaSteel fence installed on my property (backyard and pool area) and overall I am happy with the fence and the customer service.

They took the time to help me with the colour selection and to explain how the process worked as I don’t have any knowledge with in the industry. Even the owner took the time to introduce himself to me and offer his services.

If you come across them by searching fencing business, then my advice is to RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THEM. My disastrous experience began from day 1. Firstly it took them weeks to book a day and a time to install our fence but they turned up on a wrong day, and after coordinating again and agreeing on another day they didn't bother to show up and didn't bother to call and let me know why. After our installation the darama about their billing began. I paid what was initially quoted by them but after few weeks later i get a call from them that I still owe them $500. Not too happy about this, but I still paid, and confirmed that i owe nothing. But to my supprise few weeeks later another invoice has been emailed to me saying that i still owe them more money and their accounts has got it wrong. If this has happened to me i am certain there are many unhappy customers.

Installer (Troy?) was fantastic worked long hours in the extreme heat - no complaints just got in and got it done very very grateful for his professionalism and dedication. Cleaned up when finished the job which was a refreshing change from other trades who have been to the property and left a mess or damaged things. Thank you

This is the worst fence company to deal with! They will waste your time and in the end give you the most expensive quote you have ever seen. BEWARE!

Not amazing at all >~< not keep their promises too. All they care about is get the job first and get the money from you. Very disappointed. It feel like you ate a fly.

After getting a few quotes we decided to go ahead with Amazing Fencing due to there reasonable prices and the way they conducted them selves during the quoting period. The gentleman that installed our lapped timber fence was very professional, friendly, honest and had a great eye for detail. I would highly recommend Amazing fencing to anyone.
