Amazing Fencing NSW

Not sure who Amazing Fencing calls to come out to a job site but one of their workers are rude and racist. No respect at all. Coming onto our property without permission, throwing racial slurs and swearing because he can't get paid and was told to leave.
Terrible display of workmanship, and approach.

We are so happy with our beautiful hampton fencing, really makes a statement with the white colour. The Amazing fencing team, Ray & Cam have been so professional, efficient and friendly. We used Amazing Fencing to replace 11m of wooden fencing at 1.8m height with Colourbond at a 2.4m height. The price was reasonable and the job that Ryan did onsite was excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better result. Very professional, the fence is perfect, very happy with the result.

Done my fence in 2015 an as fence is already going out of level I have noticed that footing are not even done properly that's why the Posts are giving way very poor job I expected a better job from Amazing fencing and they let me down very disappointed

Very very poor customer services, requested for the quote for over 60 days, nothing came back. I have spoke with the estimator and chase up the quote so many times, he still has done nothing to it. Very disappointed!

Just had my fence rebuilt. Lapped and capped side and rear. Great efficient team, from quote, material delivery, demolish and then build. All withing two weeks. Awesome

Very helpful and knowledgeable, bent over backwards to make the shape needed and stayed back late on a Friday afternoon then only charged for the timber. Their range is massive and cheap.

Took so long between us contacting Amazing Fencing for a quote and a contractor getting in touch with us that we had forgotten that we had requested a quote. Contractor was polite, helpful, seemed knowledgeable. Quote came back at nearly twice as much as the contractor had indicated. No engagement with us on the quote, failed to provide answers to any questions about the costs. We got three other quotes for our project which were all consistent with each other, whilst this one was over their estimates by >$10k. Would not recommend at all.

I received a phone call from the estimator within less than an hour of posting this review. He was somewhat confrontational when I stated that we had elected to go with someone else. Poor customer service if a company can follow up on negative reviews but not genuine customer enquires.

THANK YOU! Amazing fencing, especially Lebon and his boys, they did such a awesome job with our fencing and extension would highly recommend these guys to all my friends and family. Trust me these guys definitely deliver the goods, great communication, commitment and pricing cannot fault at all. So happy with our fence even our neighbour was happy with their work. Main post split across after 3 years, company reply "it's not under warranty". So if you want a fence that lasts, go elsewhere. Price is cheap so thats the lesson.

Very poor service won't be recommending them to anyone
The guy that came to quote for a few jobs we want done he was there for only 10min mins (others have spent at least half an hour) did not ask many questions as to what we want just took measurements with his measuring electronic device and took pics on Ipad then went never said when we would get the quote. Never heard from him i had to msg him several times before he sent the quote.then it was all wrong and unclear
So I asked him to revise as to our requirements.once again had no reply I asked for the new quote then actually got a reply saying he no longer works there.no surprise he probably got the sack

AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Never had an issue using these guys. They have become my go to for all my fencing jobs! They are always helpful and accommodating.
