59Poor, constant excuses in particular to routine maintenance. Having lawn cut once (8 months and counting) pretty much sums it up! Wouldn’t recommend.
Unprofessional and rude management that does not treat all clients equally. Run from them! One star us too much!

Extremely efficient and responsive with repairs and maintenance issues. Rose was very quick to help with all queries and was a pleasure to deal with.

Im giving 2 stars because Henry replies to my emails unlike other reviews I’ve read on here. I just want the lawn mowed and I was told they don’t have enough funds
We have used All Suburbs Strata for many years, happily renewing their contract yet again, as they have worked repeatedly well in the interest of all owners. Its a very hard business where some owners expect to use Strata and Strata funds as their own personal banking and repair centre, however, All Suburbs has worked tirelessly to ensure that the interests of all owners is looked after, ensuring that strata fees for all owners are kept to a minimum. More than happy with All Suburbs, and what they have done for the benefit of this strata scheme and the owners within the scheme.
Professional and transparent! Quick response to any queries, several quotes supplied to any work required and all work is signed off by the Strata Executive before commencing. Our strata has run so much better since engaging with All Suburbs Strata!
I would like to thank Rose Henning for her immediate attention and follow up to a request; the job was done within 2 hours from the request of which is very impressive.
After many years recently we changed our strata to ASSM we feel that we have been ripped off by other strata. All suburb strata run so much better, Professional and transparent. And many thanks to our new manager Henry, he explained many things that we never told by our previous strata.

Very unprofessional I can't believe what they tried putting me through we'll done and our Oh&s health and safety requirement must be meant by the government Not at your own time Still yet waiting on structural integrity reports to be issued Council approvals for closures And Structures

So far ok and owners of business look like they care.but pls get rid of jorge.he doesnt care and just talks and lets problems keep going and doesnt call back when there is a big prblem.because he is in all suburbs I cant tell people to join all suburbs. I tell them to choose other strata. He ruins it for owners of all suburbs.
The first ever dealing with this company was the 2nd weekend in Feb this year when there was this gusty fierce wind and heavy storm. We really needed emergency help when our basement was flooded and I called their emergency after hours phone number and someone came to our rescue midnight that day but unfortunately the plumber said he didn't have the appropriate tools with him. The following day I called the office quite a few times and or course I can imagine that they were flooded with calls from everywhere so I got to the point where I lost hope. They replied to my email saying that a work order has already been created. Then suddenly that same day of my email the plumber came to the scene and fixed our issue. The following week same thing happened and I emailed Jacqueline cc'd Rose Henning and Narelle Doran and this time they were very quick with the response time and our issue was rectified for good! Well done to the ATP plumbing and of course to Rose who was prompt with creating work orders. I returned my kind gesture to them thru an email appreciating on the attitude they've shown on these trying times we've experienced. Now my doubts with this company has turned into a positive outlook and moving forward to a very sincere and warm dealings with them.
This company is an absolute sham, stay away from them, much better options available in Sydney. Hardly return calls, elitist mentality, strata manager has a superior attitude which is not suitable for this industry. Always low on funding.
I personally do not trust them - Fraudsters.
Useless. My car window was smashed into which was parked inside the garage but someone. That person stole personal items as well as the access card for the garage and security door of the building. I’m more concerned about that individual who now has access for the building. ITS AS IF I WAS TALKING TO A BRICK WALL!

If i can give 0 stars i would. One of the worst strata company ever. Refusing to fix an elevator while there are disabled people living in the building that are using the stairs that live several floors up just so they can go out. I have 2 kids and currently 5months pregnant and had to carry several grocery bags and use the stairs on highest floor and 40 degrees outside because this strata company are refusing to fix elevator because they weren't happy with the quote. FIX THE DAMN ELEVATOR
