Nadia has been very useful in sorting out our unit, as we are situated several hours away we can not be there so feel happy to have a sensible person on the ground to deal for us.

Nadia has been very diligent in being the middle person between myself, my tenant and any issues there has been in relation to my apartment and Perry has backed her all the way. As I work full time and live several hours away, I cannot be there for the day to day running of my apartment and am very happy to have a hands-on person to deal with this for me. Nadia always answered all of my questions, in a timely manner.
I've had another agent in Wollongong who was looking after the property when I purchased it 7 years ago, but they did not listen to my needs. I have to say that the property managers (including Nadia) at All Residential Real Estate are the best for managing my property ever since I moved over to them. They are a friendly bunch, very efficient, always informative and communicate what is going on.

All Residential have been fantastic looking after my property. Particularly I would like to thank Perry Beebe for resolving the retaining wall issues with the neighbour. He convinced them that it was their responsibility and in the end they paid for the entire repair. Thank you.:)
