All Residential Real Estate are crooks. They claimed my bond without consent and then tried to charge me for cleaning which I had done professionally with a guarantee. I had to take them to the rental tribunal and they were ordered to return my bond. They still didn't pay and so have to lodge with courts for debt recovery. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Thanks to Tahney and Nadia for being so proactive, compassionate and professional. I was updated and kept in loop at every stage. ARRE team went beyond our expectations and got us quality tenants within 3 weeks in COVID restrictions. We brought over our property from other local real estate RW in Unanderra and it was sitting vacant for over 7 weeks with not much concerns from them. With ARRE different approach of listing properties and use of state of art technology which is a must in situations like this now we were able to find multiple tenants interested in our property and over 30 inspections in 3 weeks. This is the difference it makes having a great agent learned it hard way.
