I had expressed my interest for prices for an all inclusive boat party I was organising for my partner 30th and I was looked after by the amazing Jacqui! Jacqui promptly made me a fantastic customised package that just perfectly matched my needs and budget. She was extremely professional and responsive all throughout the booking process and thought and helped me with everything! The boat trip itself was also a dream! First of all, Aussie Magic was incredible and even though it was raining like crazy it was very spacious inside and it fit everyone! The drinks and food package was an absolute steal! An 11/10 to James and the crew looking after us on the evening of the party - they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we had the most incredible party! Thanks AOC, I would use again and recommend to friends!:)

Had an amazing time at my birthday party on the harbour, everything was incredibly taken care of. The boat we chose was great and it luckily did not get cancelled although the adverse weather conditions. The crew on the boat were the absolutely best, would highly recommend these guys!

Our experience with AO cruises has been pleasant, easy and wonderful right from the very beginning. Jacqui was always welcoming and happy to answer our endless questions, and accommodated our requests for multiple visits to the vessel Aussie Magic to plan the event. They were flexible with the food and drinks arrangements, given the mixed age and ethnic group of guests we were having. On the day of the event, the AO team worked seamlessly with our cake and boat decorators. We did not have to worry about anything. When the vessel arrived at the wharf to pick us up along with the guests, the cruise team was there to welcome everyone! Aussie Magic looked splendid inside out and the seating arrangements were done well. The cruise director - Vel was amazing throughout the journey. He was always there to help with anything and even allowed us to pick up a guest from a nearby wharf after they missed the boarding due to parking issues. Once the cruise started, the staff brought in hot and delicious canapes, which everyone including the kids enjoyed. There was a variety of drinks for all age groups. Charles was funny and entertaining at the bar, and served up some fabulous cocktails! The buffet had a huge spread, and everything was delicious! There was a lot of food and the desserts were awesome too. The guests couldn’t stop talking about what a great cruise experience it was, not to mention the fireworks which was a pleasant surprise! The cruise photographer Steven (Mario) did an amazing job with capturing the special moments. Overall, the cruise team did a great job of taking care of our needs as well as that of our guests. We would like to have many more parties aboard the Aussie Magic!

Very prompt, professional and helpful to deal with beforehand. Topped by a great crew on board on the day with no hiccups. I would certainly be using them again and would highly recommend All Occasion Cruises to others.

Had my 21st with All Occasion Cruises and thought that it would be hectic to plan, but the event coordinator was extremely responsive with organising and compromising with queries and the whole night ran really smoothly. The services provided were of high standard and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Would definitely return to AOC for more guaranteed memorable events in the future. The team at All Occasion Cruises did an amazing job for my wife's Baby Shower. Everything was exceptional. From the Boat, the staff, the food - even the team in the office - every element of service was fantastic. The whole company was in constant communication with me from the lead up to the event, the day of the event, and even after the event. All to make sure everything was on track, and that their service was as high of a standard as it could be.

One thing my wife wanted me to point out that she was very impressed with. One of her guests wasn't feeling well during the charter and they spoke to the on board crew who went out of their way to head back to dock to get the passenger off and get them assistance. She's been on boats before who barely care to offer some sea sick medication but my wife and her guests we're extremely happy and relived with the service from the crew - not only with this matter, but throughout the charter as well.

An excellent job well done by a fantastic team. We would happily refer this company to anyone looking to do amazing events around Sydney's Harbour.

The team, Bek, Rosie, Emily, Kristie and all the staff on the boat were AMAZING! From our first point of contact, planning my COVID wedding to post event, the team were super quick to always reply, honest, easy to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure they could make everything as easy as possible even during such tough times. I would honestly recommend All Occasion Cruises to everyone, I have no regrets at all and would do it all again in a heart beat!

The Roger Fabri Speed Academy recently celebrated an early staff Xmas Party on board the beautiful Aqua Bay Luxury Cruise Boat. Right from the very first contact with the staff of All Occasion Cruises, we were very impressed with the high level of service we were given.

Pick up was precise and very easy to find the wharf at Darling Harbour. From the minute we hopped on to the boat, we were greeted by beautiful staff members who were ready and waiting to serve us.

The meal option we chose was the Luxury Barbeque menu, and wow wow wow. Totally beyond what we expected, and an absolutely fantastic array of fine tasting food, that was enjoyed by everyone. Even left overs as we could no possibly get through it all.

Open bar with top shelf spirits were also a hit for the night, with bar staff cleverly working their magic and making sure no one was left empty handed.

Plenty of room on the boat and immaculately clean. We did not need to lift a finger leaving only fun quality times to be had as our option.

We would highly recommend All Occasion Cruises to anyone wishing to receive nothing but a 5 star service and a memory to cherish for a lifetime.

My company has booked the Vella Vista boat annually for our Sydney Mardi Gras sunset cruise for the last 5 years and it's always been a fantastic experience. Good service making the booking and then a great night onboard for our ticketed event. Staff friendly, canapes cooked onboard wonderful and plenty for everyone. The boat we hire is very large and perfect to experience the harbour.

Our wedding reception was epic with All Occasion Cruises aboard the Bella Vista. My now husband and I dreamed of having our wedding reception on a cruise along the harbour in order to enjoy the best views in Sydney and to offer our guests something a little bit different, and a special experience. From the outset we had wonderful service and friendly assistance from All Occasion Cruises (AOC), in helping with planning everything including music, cake and floral suggestions and recommendations. We started planning early in 2020 and when COVID-19 hit we were very concerned, but the professionalism and support we received from AOC was greatly appreciated and we were able to see our dream wedding go ahead in October. The food was INCREDIBLE and all our guests aboard the Bella Vista (OMG those views!) complimented the food and the incredible service over and over. Plus our guests were thrilled to be so comfortable on the boat itself (our guests ranged in age but we had a few motion-sensitive and several elder guests). I know my family would not forgive me if i didn't especially thank Rosie and James for their attentive and kind service on the night. But honestly all the staff were wonderful, helpful, thoughtful and really took care of the bridal party AND our guests. Our external providers (music, cake, entertainment, videographer, photographer etc) were able to confer directly with AOC to set up and be ready on the day and the night truly went ahead without a hitch. When my hair needed a fix-up, or i wanted a particularly special cocktail, nothing was a problem. I can't thank Rosie and the incredible AOC staff enough for a wonderful, memorable evening for me and for my guests. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and for staying calm and kind during a hard time for everyone in the lead-up.

I would like to thank all the staff at All Occassion Cruises, we were lucky enough to celebrate my daughters 16th Birthday on Aussie Magic. With the food being delicious and having a lot of variety, catering to everybody’s needs. A special mention to Rosie for making this happen and to Jacqui for planing everything. Also thank you to James for looking after us all day always making sure everything was running smoothly. Can’t wait to sail again soon upon another one of the All Occasion Cruises boats

I had my 18th birthday on the "Aussie Magic" in July and I had the most amazing time. I was extremely impressed with the staff, especially James. James was so kind and very accommodating. He made sure I was happy with everything like the lighting, music, food and drinks. He was so extremely kind and made conversation with the guests. All the staff on the boat were extremely nice to myself and my family, and made sure that we were all satisfied. The boat was a perfect size for me and my guest (all together I had 50 people because of covid) and could have fit way more. I had an amazing time and will always remember how kind and helpful all the staff were. A big thanks to Joe and Rosie.
