Amazing evening. Helped us organise our daughters 21st in 2 weeks due to cancellations. From start to finish we were overwhelmed with the support we got from staff. Made our daughters night so special. James, you the man whom was our boat director. Looking forward to more occasion's with yous.

We hired The Blue Room for my husbands 50th birthday. The crew were amazing, the boat specular and a fantastic time was had by all. Thank you Jacqui and All Occasion Cruises.

Held our year 11 social here, had a great night. The boat was a very good size and the layout was perfect. Food was good and so was the soft drink service. Staff were nice and overall no problems. Highly recommend booking through AOC.

WOW WOW WOW! If I could give 10 stars I would, how do I even put it in words, the most amazing experience of our lives.
On board the MY AQA! ALL OCCASION CRUSIES are just sensational, food was superb, staff were exceptional. From the very start to the end, all occasion cruises really deliver. The perfect cruise company made it the perfect day.
From every which way we looked it was simply perfection.
I highly recommend all occasion cruises to anyone who wants to have a captured memory for any event - MAKE IN ON AN ALL-OCCASION CRUISE VESSEL.

The bartender Matty was very rude. He had an attitude to my friend when she was absolutely sober. He refused to serve her as she was intoxicated. She was the designated driver driving us to the harbour.

Worst experience ever they were so rude, yelled at our group, poured the wrong drinks and were super bad at rsa-ing my friend wasn’t even drinking. 0 stars for Matty nd crew except for aj

We booked a private cruise for a team event during Vivid. The Blue Room was incredible. The perfect size to fit 170 guests easily. The team at AO Cruises were phenomenal, so helpful and generous. Special shout out to the team I interacted with- Katelyn for organising literally everything for me; Andrew and Dina for their support on the cruise, helping me with every request imaginable; and of course the rest of the team that answered my 1000 phone calls in the lead up. A truly amazing experience we could give our team, only made possible with AO Cruises. I only have positive words for this company. They really are amazing <3

My Association has been cruising on the Aussie Magic on ANZAC Day for a large number of years. 2023 was, without doubt, the BEST year yet. Exceptional service, great food, attentive staff! Recommend them to ANYONE!

All Occassions Cruises was chartered by a company (itoursntix?) to operate a 2 hour night Vivid cruise with standing buffet that I attended. The experience has left me diappointed by the three companies involved in my tour. My concerns with All Occassions Cruises included:
1.the event tickets weren't scanned. I could have simply screen shot my tickets and sent it to any number of people and they would be let on board at no cost.
2. Staff were in a rush to board lots of people. (Possibly upto 200 hundred or more). There was no staff greeting on arrival and the staff seemed to have no instructions or organisation of how the big crowd would be managed.
3. Onboard staff were aloof and not very friendly.
4. The cost of drinks onboard was excessive. (I had a can of Bundy rum and Coke had it not been opened I would have cancelled the order due to the $20 cost.)
5. There was no value added to this Vivid experience by this cruise company.
6. There was no safety briefing, such as the location of lifesaving vests, what to do in an emergency etc. I can only assume this is not a requirement sailing on a chartered cruise within Sydney Harbour.
7. Finally, it was such a disappointing cruise. My only positives were the boat seemed very well maintained, and the boat was cleaned well after the previous cruise group departed.

Hands down one of the BEST Xmas parties we have ever had! We were onboard the AQA for our event and this boat was perfect!

The staff were just incredible so very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely impeccable and they were very careful to consider all our various dietary requirements.

I highly recommend All Occasion Cruises for your events too! We will most definitely be back!

We had a Christmas larty, aboard blue room, and Connor was absolutely amazing, customer service on point, nice boat, nothing was a hassle, everything ran smoothly and I would highly recommend 5 stars, connor went above and beyond for anything expected or not expected

We booked with All Occasion Cruises on the Blue Room for our company Christmas Party this year, and had a fantastic time. Jacqui and the team were so easy to deal with in booking and helped us arrange food, drink, a DJ and an incredible photobooth. The crew on the boat were friendly and helpful and the whole team had a brilliant time and said it was the best Christmas party we've done. Thanks team!

Great Call! On short notice, the day prior, our leadership team were doing a 2-day business planning session in the offices and while looking through the window at the glorious Sydney harbour on a stunning day, it was suggested we should be out there. We made the call to All Occassion Cruises, and the next day we were on an evening cruise on the Seven Star with dinner and drinks. What a spectacular cruise of Sydney Harbour. They even catered for some very specific dietary requirements. Superb service, beautiful luxury boat, and amazing food. We felt like celebrities living the high life. What a great experience! Thank you All Occassion Cruises.

We did a cruise for our university graduation. On the day, our event coordinator was lovely, and everything ran smoothly.
However, communication from the planning team was terrible- I had to constantly call to follow things up and make sure messages were received, no one told us deadlines until the last minute and we were not involved with the event coordinator to plan at all.
The food was average- probably due to the fact that they didn't communicate with us about our dietary requirements very much prior to the event. When I mentioned that communication was bad, their excuse was that they were running 40 events that weekend- which is their job- maybe they need more staff?

And we have been waiting for photos from the event for almost a month. On the night, we had to constantly look for the photographer, as he was never by the photo area.

On the plus side, they upgraded our boat generously, this is a good value for money, the boat is beautiful, drinks were good and staff on thr night were lovely. I would probably use them again, however I recommend improving communication skills.

This was our second time to book with All Occasions Cruises for our staff Christmas Party and it was a fabulous experience again. The staff on board were amazing. Very accommodating. Food was excellent. Bar staff very attentive. We loved it all. We'll be back!

Fantastic helpful staff, from the people at the office through to the captain of the ship all were so friendly and accommodating. The food was enjoyable and that red drink, yum! Been on there twice now for staff Christmas parties and will do it again in the near future!

The staff at all occasion cruises went out of the way to make sure 180 teenage guests had a great time for there year 11 social. Would definitely use there services again.

Team at All Occasions Cruises were nothing but incredibly accommodative and helpful throughout the whole process of organising what an excellent day out on the harbour. From email correspondences back and forth with Jayme and Jacqui organising capacity, invoices, food and drink packages to the day itself the team were incredibly accommodative. Jayme and Jacqui with organising everything beforehand were very attentive throughout either email or phone, the team on the day were just as welcoming and friendly, they made an incredible day for what was a relatively large group and catered brilliantly. The food choice and beverage were abundance and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day out on the harbour. With such a great crew at All Occasions Cruises I couldn’t recommend them enough for your upcoming cruise. We look forward to being back on the harbour with the crew again in the new future, until then.
