33The radiographer was very gentle and caring, explained what was going on and very helpful in making me feel comfortable in the intimidating process of getting a CT scan. They were able to fit me in for an appointment last minute, thank you - wonderful experience.
Intended to do ultrasound there. Scared by high out of pocket expense over $140 that twice expensive than the medicare benefits.
Veronica and her team's professionalism, efficiency and calm approach helped ease the concern of a 17yr old during MRI.
They have gone above and beyond with reports and follow-up support whilst dealing with an insurance company. Many thanks.

The staff are amazingly friendly. Managed to fit me in with only an hours notice. Very clean practice. Very polite staff inside. No faults and very easily the best Imaging centre I have been to.

Very professional and friendly staff. If I ever have to go for another x-ray, I'll definitely be going back here. Ample 2 hour parking out the back and I only had to wait 5 mins before I went in.:)
Was a great experience, the girls at the front were just excellent. Didn’t have an issue whatsoever!
All the front staff were very friendly and helpful, was running a bit late for my appointment, told me I need to wait 10 minutes but took me in 5 minutes. The CT staff were nice and only to 10 minutes for my scan!
Very professional and explained everything to me.
Very disappointing service. I was booked in for an x-ray and ultrasound and they confirmed the appointment with an SMS the day before. When I turned up, they told me the x-ray machine was down all day. When I asked them why they hadn't informed me before I traveled all the way for the appointment, they told me they don't take bookings for x-rays! The girl behind the reception desk acted surprised when I walked out without getting just the ultrasound done.
Do yourself a favour - avoid aggravation and book one of the other branches.

Had my first ever MRI and it was a pleasant experience considering.
I attended with my daughter and walked up and down busy road as address on paperwork had changed. I rang receptionist who didn’t know new address and repeated old address on paperwork. Finally I found new address and asked receptionists (4 of them) why they didn’t tell me new address - they shrugged. Completely incompetent
Don't expect to receive a nice treat here! Staff behind the desk are never seen interested towards patients.
I urge the management to run a customer service training with their front desk staffs.
Definitely not recommended!
The lady at reception was NOT nice, but the guy that did my scan was friendly and professional. Plenty of parking in the back.
Reception staff are rude children. Terrible. Will never come back. Other locations are MUCH better, dont waste your time.
