While the house we stayed in was lovely, we had some problems with the fees and charges for the Avoca Heights beach house.
We were charged a $400 cleaning fee even though there were certain things that had not been deep cleaned for a long time (dishwasher, ceiling fans, and including the BBQ, which had a grease fire one night).
Alexandro Dream homes also tried to charge us a further $300 steam carpet steam cleaning fee. We disputed this charge as they provided no receipt from the cleaning company and sent us pictures of six stains, only one of which was cause by us - a small stain caused by a dripping ice cream. They also took out the 2% credit surcharge twice, although did refund when requested.

We stayed at BRAND NEW- PREMIUM BONDI BEACH ESC in Bondi and it was a lovely apartment which was beautifully furnished and had all you need for a comfortable stay. Close to a convenience store and other eateries and cafes. Short drive or walk to Bondi.
The customer service from the support team also has to be highlighted. Really quick responses to all our requests and even kept us in the loop as to when the cleaners had left so we could check in early. Very professionally done and would absolutely recommend.
We stayed in Northcote for a week. The property is clean and comfortable. It's close to public transport. There is also a shopping mall nearby. Highly recommended.
We totally loved our stay in a property in Southport, QLD managed by Alexandro Dream Homes. The place was very stylish, in a great location and with a stunning view! Plus the service was impeccable - we get like we we’re in a five-star hotel. Highly recommend staying with these guys.
